- kystorms, on 01/26/2008, -0/+11I agree, it will not be a good thing and adds to our debt, not to mention that if its not going to get to anyone until summer, wont help economy with the heating crisis or any of the other crises we are facing. Far better would have been mandatory cut backs on companies who outsource at a fast pace. This is why we are in trouble, no work = no money to spend!
