- onyxcoltrane, on 09/01/2008, -2/+36I guess Joe forgot to drink his usual Koolaid
- inactive, on 09/01/2008, -2/+32My God. Who is this person and what has he done with Joe?!
- rogneid, on 09/01/2008, -1/+29Is this a Joe from an alternate universe? I actually agree with him! Let's keep this version and let the alternate universe suffer.
- Muzikal203, on 09/01/2008, -1/+28I saw that live, he was so shocked. Wait 'til he's back on, he'll LOVE her and she'll be the "greatest VP selection EVAH!"
- danceyoumonster, on 09/01/2008, -2/+22Even Joe S. has to concede that this VP pick is ludicrous.
- johnnr2, on 09/01/2008, -1/+21Don't forget, she was mayor of Wasilla!
- madhaus, on 09/01/2008, -2/+17This is great! McCain picked his VP so quickly with so little advance work that he neglected to send talking points out to the usual Republican-friendly media people like Joe Scarborough. Somebody had better archive this video before MSNBC demands it be taken down for copyright violation. Can't have their own words used against them when all of them announce she's a brilliant pick proving John's maverickishness.
- afx114, on 09/01/2008, -1/+15And a few hours later, Palin was announced, and of course Joe was fawning all over her as a brilliant pick!
- axel000, on 09/01/2008, -2/+15Don't forget she was unemployed three years, between being Mayor and being Governor. Hmmm I wonder who (big oil) funded her Governorship campaign...
- lompe, on 09/01/2008, -2/+15Wasilla City Hall

Keep it up Joe! - dsmyre, on 09/01/2008, -2/+14Thank you, Sarah Palin. The Republicans are so screwed.
- bigmacha, on 09/01/2008, -1/+13Can you imagine that the dark prince of conservative thought (Pat B) and Morning Joe himself actually told the truth without any spin! This piece should win a Pulitzer prize for truthfulness. This needs to be circulated everywhere as quickly as possible before MSNBC (or the repubs) get it taken down.
- LooseFur, on 09/01/2008, -2/+12Obviously Joey Scars-sie made these comments before McCain picked Miss Half-Baked Alaska as his VP nominee. Har-har-dee-har...
Now he's changing his tune and hoping nobody has recorded this clip... - AmericanInsrgnt, on 09/01/2008, -0/+10Later, on Friday, Buchanan outed Palin as a person who supported his candidacy for president.

This could be a game changer in Florida with the jewish vote.
http://www.politico.com/blogs/bensmith/0808/Palin_ ... - inactive, on 09/01/2008, -2/+10Republicans from all over the country are coming together to join in a much-needed coping ritual: the facepalm.
- madhaus, on 09/01/2008, -3/+9Now go check out the dialog on the blog mudflats.wordpress.com, absolutely incredible, somebody called these rumor, counterrumors and countercounterspeculations "The Wasilla Hillbillies" and it fits. Who is Trig's mother -- is Bristol really pregnant or is it spin to cover up Babygate? -- is Track sent to join the Army because actually it's HIS kid with someone else -- and what about that airplane flight? Oh my god I can't read it without my head exploding.
Takeaway: John McCain not only didn't vet Sarah Palin, he didn't forsee what could happen by not doing his homework. The whole thing is more unbelievable than anything by Jacki Collins or Danielle Steele. - vide08, on 09/01/2008, -1/+6this is before they knew Palin would be the pick
- my2greatgirls, on 09/01/2008, -0/+5lol. I agree.
- Willinois, on 09/02/2008, -1/+6Now we see a little truth before they got their marching orders. This is what honest media analysis would look like if they weren't owned by corporate CEO's and if they didn't allow themselves to be bullied around by right wing talk radio crazies.
- eno0n, on 09/02/2008, -0/+5They must have gotten what colbert termed the "emergency talking points fax" immediately before the selection.
- Clarknt67, on 09/02/2008, -1/+4the disgrace here is the media. They've all recieved their talking points, you hear the same ones, "She's exciting, she has as much experience as Obama, she's been an executive! She's a reformer! She's underscoring McCain's image as a maverick!" Over and over.
You won't here this sort of ridicule, or even sober analysis again. - MoZeu, on 09/02/2008, -0/+3Oh my God, is that really it? Is that for real? Someone get this to Colbert, stat.
- my2greatgirls, on 09/01/2008, -1/+4Joe is such an angry ignorant idiot and Mika is an embarrassment to women.
- adamkratt, on 09/02/2008, -0/+2HaHaHaHaHaHa you have got to be joking........ Palin... HaHaHa
- mjrosenberg, on 09/02/2008, -1/+3McCain has 18 different ailment, has had cancer 5 times, with aggressive face surgery for melanoma, the deadliest form of skin cancer, and takes hundreds of medications every day.
- goaliegeewhiz, on 09/02/2008, -0/+2With all the peccadillos already surrounding Palin, she fits right in with McBush.
- ElGubrush, on 09/02/2008, -0/+2The best way for this to become viral is for Colbert Report and Daily Show to use it
- Clarknt67, on 09/03/2008, -0/+2So how do we do that, you know the Daily Show would have a field day splicing in the tune they've been singing since then...
I've tried finding a link on their website to no avail, anyone have an inside line? - baillingskater, on 09/02/2008, -2/+3she is hot. but mccain is a mess who shouldnt not be running a country.
- doubleagl, on 09/02/2008, -0/+1The Republican party is a disgrace to everything that America was founded on and stands for, including the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, pricincipled beliefs, truth, honesty, and a beacon to the world.
- arbouler, on 09/02/2008, -1/+2BAMMM! KICK IT UP A NOTCH!
- metaphyze, on 09/12/2008, -1/+1I want to get this message out on Digg. THE most important scandal isn't trooper-gate or the god damn bridge to no where. It is "Sarah Palin is Trig's grandma". Post these stories. Digg these stories. The evangelicals love her for one reason: abortion. They don't give a damn about a little government scandal. 24 HOURS after McCain and Palin's first joint appearance, McCain picked up $10 MILLION in contributions, mainly from evangelicals. They LOVE this Trig story. Moderates do too because there is a lot of dignity in knowingly carrying a Downs syndrome baby to term yourself. However, there isn't so much in forcing your 16 year old daughter to do it. If the evangelicals find out their beliefs have been exploited for political gain, they might be indignant enough to stop sending money and maybe indignant enough to just not vote. Of course, there's no way they'll vote for Obama.
- inactive, on 09/01/2008, -18/+2Obama's claim to judgment fully supports down sizing the VP pick.

What is Digg?
