youtube.com — A recent Victorian Government report has suggested, amongst other things, to spend $10B+ on an East-West car tunnel across the top of inner Melbourne. The Government's spin is pretty clever, but hopefully people will see that it's a bad idea, too expensive and very, very few people would actually use it.
