Racist Hate Letter Sent To Restaurant Owner

wisn.com — SHEBOYGAN COUNTY, Wis. -- Deputies said a racially charged hate letter was sent to the new owner of a Sheboygan County restaurant. An African-American man recently bought the Old Silver Creek Inn Restaurant and renamed it Random Elegance.
