- SethEllis, on 08/30/2008, -0/+27The funny part about this is that while I was posting this, another Huffington Post story about Palin popped up on the list.
- vexingmodstwo, on 08/30/2008, -3/+23That's called "fear".
Unadulterated fear. - elTito, on 08/30/2008, -0/+20Check out http://www.di66.net
It's statistics on Digg, like the top source, most often used words in titles, etc.
For the past 24 hours the top source is Huffington Post, as it is for the past 7 days and the past 30 days. It beats out youtube, arstechnicha, nytimes, etc.
The 3rd most used word in title titles for the past 24 hours is Palin. It is beaten only by "the" and "to."
It's pathetic. - mrpither, on 08/30/2008, -1/+21it appears to be a full panic at this point. smear stories against palin are flooding into digg. it would be very interesting to see the posting rate data for this week, especially the last two days.
- inactive, on 08/31/2008, -0/+17Keep the shovels handy, there is a lot of ***** to bury.
- CaptnTastyface, on 08/30/2008, -0/+16and the winner of this round of diggitch is.... Hufflepuff!
- navigatorbob, on 08/31/2008, -0/+12I get it. Palin, bad; Obama, good. Can we please move on?
- chaimke, on 08/31/2008, -0/+11One of the Obamabots has been burying my anti-Obama post as "spam." Maybe we should do the same to them. Then again, on second thought, the more they attack Palin the more Obama's inexperience, graft, corruption, and questionable associates become more vulnerable. Perhaps we should just let them talk and have them hang themselves with their own rope. I think we'd all enjoy the spectacle!
- inactive, on 08/31/2008, -0/+7Each user name should have a score of +/- dig totals,
and each comment should show all the + and -'s, so everybody
could see who and or what is generally positive or negative. - myguitarisaweap, on 09/01/2008, -0/+7Front page is dominated by submissions from the top 100 users, who just happen to be mostly Libs. Pretty damn annoying.
- dan222555, on 08/31/2008, -0/+3And you can go here for the first part http://www.neaveru.com/digg/
- mrpither, on 08/31/2008, -0/+3cool site - thanks. and it shows just what we suspected / knew was going on.
here's a thought - how about finding the anti-huffington site to try and counteract their attacks? i would suggest these guys: http://newsbusters.org/ as an option. i know it's childish, but what do you all think? - drachemorder, on 09/03/2008, -0/+2Yeah, and there's a lot of other users who follow those top users who are also hard-left liberals. And then there are the moonbats who follow the conservatives around just to get their childish kicks from burying everything we post.
It does get annoying at times... - wardawg31, on 09/08/2008, -0/+2Let them flood. They and the liberal media are giving more "air" time for Sarah than McCain could buy. It is also knocking Obama off his message because he cannot get through the chaff.
- wardawg31, on 09/08/2008, -0/+1On a side note. Obama’s lead in California has dropped from 21-points in July to 11-points currently. I am sure that Obama will still take California, but it is interesting.
