Pelosi says "Yes" to Fairness Doctrine
grassfire.net — Nancy Pelosi just said "yes" to the Fairness Doctrine that could muzzle Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity and other conservative radio talk show leaders. Pelosi is now clearly on record supporting government censorship of our free speech rights. She also insinuated that The Broadcaster Freedom Act wouldn't see the light of day.

- elleigh2, on 07/18/2008, -1/+5How in the world did this woman reach the level that she has?? Do you realize if anything happened to the Pres. or Vice Pres. that she would be President of the United States??? The sad thing is we cannot even vote against her unless we are from her district! We need a grassroots effort to get rid of her! No wonder the "nut jobs" in this country are embolden with people like her getting elected and rising to the speaker of the house position! Wake up America we will lose all our unalienable rights if these lefties get elected. Just look at the last 7 months with the congress under their control! And don't get me started on Harry Reid! OMG
- LoneRanger85, on 07/18/2008, -1/+4Don't worry. Cindy Sheehan is running against her. THAT will fix her! http://www.cindyforcongress.org/
- tweedius, on 07/19/2008, -0/+3I know a lot of people on this site don't like Rush or Hannity or most of the conservative commentators on the radio. But, can anyone justify taking them off the air and censoring them? I would hope most of you would at least agree with the fact that they should not be censored.
