- sonofdy, on 10/12/2007, -5/+17I prefer the religion of pieces.
- desc1, on 10/12/2007, -2/+11@ sonofdy lol that is a good one!
I prefer: the religion of murdering lunatics lol
question to the leftist facton here on digg;
If the goal of all muslims is to kill americans why do you libs continue to protect them at all costs? I guess ill never understand the mindset of the treasonus left. nor do I really want to. - sonofdy, on 10/12/2007, -7/+5I really don't think the left is treasonous. I think their issue is with bush and their hatred has overwhelmed everything else. Its sad because these would normally be quite intelligent people.
- Vyrillykos, on 10/12/2007, -5/+25I will not submit.
- desc1, on 10/12/2007, -2/+9nether will I
- sonofdy, on 10/12/2007, -3/+8To islam no, to a cute girl?? maybe if she is into that. ;-)
- Wingman2003, on 10/12/2007, -4/+27Doesn't ANYONE out there catch the irony of the "religion of peace" essentially saying that if you hint that they spread their religion by the sword they will kill you?
- sonofdy, on 10/12/2007, -2/+18This is hardly new. In the articles you will see examples of this going back to WAY before the crusades.
- Bridgetown, on 10/12/2007, -5/+24More people need to come out and talk frankly about this violent religion. Many more.
- aaroncampos, on 10/12/2007, -2/+18This is such an important issue I really feel bad that so much of the dialoge on this thread will devolve into ad hominem attacks against Michelle Malkin, but there's great value to her providing these translations. I'm not sure where else they are available.
We're often told by various spokespeople that what's needed is openness and dialogue and not inflammatory rhetoric. But look at this: people in hiding, running for their lives, for presenting history! For writing OPINION articles in western newspapers. Even if their words were inflammatory, who cares! This is necessary. Ridicule is one of the most effective rebuffs to tyranny and it's high time it was exercised more against this threat to free expression.
I'm a religious person and any religious person in America countenances ridicule of their religion every day. Whats the big deal? As Americans we cannot give in to any form of this intimidation, and I hope Europe will wake up to the mistake that they have made in giving in in ever more measure. - chachie, on 10/12/2007, -3/+17something people need to see everytime a Hindu, or a Buddhist gets their throats slit for not being born Muslim, and Leftists answer "well a Christian killed an abortionist once or twice". Muslims kill more "non believers" yelling out "god is great" in ONE DAY .
And even if Christians killed people daily using "terror" in the name of their lord, why would it be their fault a muslim beheads a non-Christian?
In one day,, countries pakistan, thailand and India,, what the hell does this have to do with Christians in the U.S. Ask a historian someday what happenned to the Byzantine Empire.
9/28/06 India Kulgam 1 0 A civilian succumbs to injuries suffered from an earlier terror attack.
9/28/06 India Diwar 1 0 A woman is killed inside her home by the Mujahideen two years after her husband was murdered in similar fashion.
9/28/06 Pakistan Khadi 1 0 An Afghan refugee is murdered by the Taliban.
9/28/06 Thailand Pattani 1 0 A man is shot in the head by Islamists after dropping his kids off at school.
9/28/06 Thailand Sai Buri 1 0 A 35-year-old man is gunned down by Muslim militants in his pick-up truck.- Bridgetown, on 10/12/2007, -3/+15Also, when these silly leftists say, "Christians did/do this or that...".....My response is, Okay, And I condemn ALL murderers. It doesn't make it okay that one psychotic kills someone, just because someone else killed someone. That's not an argument. That's just a dig at Christians. And I don't think Christians go around killing in the name of Allah when we are attacked. Christians are constantly attacked in this country. Constantly.
- Diabolickungfu, on 10/12/2007, -17/+4"Christians are constantly attacked in this country. Constantly."
*****.
They've certainly got one hell of a persecution complex though. - sonofdy, on 10/12/2007, -3/+9http://www.thereligionofpeace.com/index.html#attacks
up to date list. - sonofdy, on 10/12/2007, -4/+10BTW when Constantinople fell, the muslims went on a 3 day killing, burning raping and looting spree. Every living christian at the end of it converted to islam, was made a slave, or died. The church in the center of town was literally covered with blood of christians and many nuns were raped in the church.
Brought to you by the religion of pieces. - valeyard, on 10/12/2007, -4/+11***Diabolickungfu 16 minutes ago

http://digg.com/political_opinion/Critics_of_Islam_under_fire_again
Yeah, you sure couldn't say ANYONE in the US has an obvious bigotry against Christians, which spills over into really mindless vitriol, can you?
Like I said, some liberals are like shooting fish in a barrel. - Diabolickungfu, on 10/12/2007, -15/+3What exactly was the point of posting that? The post of mine that you quoted wasn't an attack, but again you are simply too ***** stupid to understand that.
- desc1, on 10/12/2007, -2/+9i see the fascist troll diaBALL LICK is up to his usual moonbatty antics. he attacks anyone who disagrees with him, mostly using profanty and childish insults. I think its time you get a life. your excuses are really getting pathetic.
- eneshelon, on 10/12/2007, -9/+6wow okay yeah i agree that Islamic extremists are making Muslims look REALLY bad in current events, but i really thought diggers were a bit smarter then that to pass judgment on an entire religion. i for one, as a Muslim, def think this stuff is absurd and every time i hear about some crazy fanatic killing and causing a scene in the name of "Islam" it really bothers me.
i hope you know that this is the month of Ramadan for Muslims, which besides being a religion that practices peace as much as Buddhism and Hinduism does, is the month where Muslims are fasting from food, violence and ill behavior to ANY form of life, and giving to the poor. so it seems to me these "religious fanatics" aren't even practicing their own fundamentals of religion right dint you think?
this is just as unfair of a judgment to pass as non-Americans thinking we're all war-hungry just because of our current president.
so lemme ask this once again, is it the religion you should hate, or the isolated fanatics that hog the headlines?- Diabolickungfu, on 10/12/2007, -12/+6Most Diggers are smarter than that. It's just this tiny handful of Malkin-scum trolls.
- Bridgetown, on 10/12/2007, -2/+14Why aren't Muslims standing up and speaking out against the violence? The silence is deafening, and does make people wonder.
- eneshelon, on 10/12/2007, -9/+4whats a better headline? "Bilal Helps Feed the Homeless in Rural America During Holy Month" or "Ahmed Burns Down a Burger King"? Cmon, people are doing what they can, but what do you think news stories will pick up on? Although I do agree, Muslims as a whole can do better.
- sonofdy, on 10/12/2007, -2/+13Ok, lets see the massive movement within islam to rid themselves of these radicals.
I will not hold my breath. - valeyard, on 10/12/2007, -3/+12eneshelon,
Oh PUHLEASE! Do not go there. Do not try to suggest the "negative press" Islam is getting is because of media bias!!!!!!!! PUHLEASE, and I repeat, PUUUUUUHLEASE!
Show us the great positive examples from the world of Islam. Don't rationalize away the negatives by suggesting there's a race card attached. No one is going to swallow that one. - sonofdy, on 10/12/2007, -1/+10http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-srv/world/documents/global_slides.pdf
A link showing the current levels of support for terrorism and other interesting stuff. It is not a small minority supporting violence. Its at least a large minority, and in some places a majority. The best thing i can say about it is that the support is waning.
religion of pieces. - sonofdy, on 10/12/2007, -1/+9http://www.answering-islam.de/Main/Silas/terrorism.htm
Another view. - desc1, on 10/12/2007, -3/+10hey valyard, these leftist terror supporters will never realize what the truth is. I find debating with them to be th same as debating a brick wall. they just wont get it. said it before and ill say it again (even though libs are stuck in fantasyland and choose to ignore reality):
its about time something is done about these dispicable murderers. Hey libs you ever hear of the global jihad? didnt think so. ALL muslims have a religious duty to kill americans. the left supports them, the media supports them and the terrorism problem in america is getting out of control. and there are over 10million islamofascists right here in the US. Take out islam or islam will take us out. simple as that. - Wingman2003, on 10/12/2007, -5/+8It's not we who are passing judgement on ALL Muslims. It's the absolute silence of so called "moderate" Muslims to speak out and stop the sterotyping of their religion that is being done by the radical muslims.
Oh yes, the excuse is that if they speak out they will be killed. Well, if there are such a vast majority of Muslims who aren't radical, then they should be able to rescue their religion from the hands of the Islamofacists.
Christians died for their religion, by the way. - aaroncampos, on 10/12/2007, -7/+4"so lemme ask this once again, is it the religion you should hate, or the isolated fanatics that hog the headlines?"
@eneshelon
I thank you for your comment. I don't think anyone is talking about hating an entire religion. I'm certainly not. Even further, I don't even personally hate the fanatics. I think they're horribly misguided and need to be stopped at every turn through force if necessary. They, and the the cause they represent, certainly shouldn't be coddled, and free people should not be intimidated into submission by their actions. That's what this discussion is about: standing firm against THEIR hatred and fanaticism.
They certainly do hog the headlines because news, like drama, is about conflict. "Man quietly goes about life seeking to improve his, families situation." doesn't make the 24 hour news cycle. ;) - chachie, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6I used to think exactly the same way as you ,, honestly, even in the Public Enemy 80's used to read alot about Malcolm X (not opinions of rich hollywood people either).
But I've started to notice things about this faith, like every year during Ramadan a buddhist gets beheaded, hindu's get bombed in the most demoralizing manners, the entire worldwide media forgets about the african atrocities.
And what did Mohamed ever say about following moon cycles? Where does this worship of the moon come from definately not the Sura's well I think one Hadith mentions Mohammed sliced the moon in half with a special sword. - ptwrtr17, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1You will remember that after 9/11 there were dozens of protests by Christians and Jews in order to prevent a backlash against mainstream Muslims. The result was no backlash.
On the other hand, there was not one single protest directly after 9/11 by Muslim groups demonstrating against the wholesale bloodshed of 3000 people.
DO I THINK MAINSTREAM MUSLIMS ARE VIOLENT FANATICS?: NO
DO I THINK THEY NEED TO GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER?: OH YEAH...
- thenativeraver, on 10/12/2007, -15/+8Another prejudice artice that I'm marking as spam.
- sonofdy, on 10/12/2007, -4/+13Did you bother to read the articles that these people have been condemned to death over? Did you note that the author of one of them had his phone number address and even a map to his house posted on the web with instructions to kill him?
Try reading, you might learn something. - aaroncampos, on 10/12/2007, -5/+10That's completely absurd. The whole point of this article is exposing violent prejudice against free expression. It's not spam at all.
- sonofdy, on 10/12/2007, -8/+8He saw it was from malkin and didn't look beyond that.
- eneshelon, on 10/12/2007, -6/+2thank you, one person out of many who actually sees this as prejudice. i cant even reason with people who continue to say "show us one great example that came from Islam" and with comments like "all muslims have a religious duty to kill americans". thats so ridiculous i cant even comprehend how dumb a person has to be to even state them as facts. (ex. America wasn't even around when the Qur'an was released, and the Qur'an was teaching peace and all muslims get their information from it, so how in the world can it teach to kill Americans when it teaches against killing and America wasnt even around then??) see what im saying? NO FACTUAL BASE WHAT SO EVER
- desc1, on 10/12/2007, -1/+6more terror supporting propaganda. get your dispicable murder teaching 'bible' out of here. nice try islamofascist!
- sonofdy, on 10/12/2007, -4/+13Did you bother to read the articles that these people have been condemned to death over? Did you note that the author of one of them had his phone number address and even a map to his house posted on the web with instructions to kill him?
- corbettw, on 10/12/2007, -5/+9I really wish people would take the time to write out useful and thoughtful article summations before posting. A one sentence summation doesn't do this story any justice.
For those libs who are reading this, don't bury this story! Freedom of speech itself is under attack, and we have to stand up and fight for the things that make Western society great. Tolerance, peaceful coexistence, and open exchange of ideas. People who merely criticize Islam and its murderous prophet (it's true, Mohammed killed many people, Jesus and Buddha killed none) are having their lives threatened. We should not sit by for this! Either we have the freedom to say what we think and to quote history, or we give in to the savages who are calling for these peoples' deaths.
Who's side are you on? The side that wants freedom of expression, or the side that wants to kill anyone who says Muhammed slept with pigs? (That last part about Mohammed sleeping with pigs is an absurd lie, if you don't understand the purpose of absurdity, go take a philosophy class.)- desc1, on 10/12/2007, -3/+9a lib preaching tolerance? anyone else find that hilariuos?
- sonofdy, on 10/12/2007, -4/+8I thought the articles inside the blog entry spoke for themselves. Malkin could have done nothing but post those at it would still be important. That's why i gave the one line heading. It was my mistake to think that people would open the link and read it before commenting. My bad.
- appleann1, on 10/12/2007, -2/+11Have you noticed the 100's of thousands all over the world rioting in defense of Hezbollah, this country included? Why aren't there the same kind of protest against these acts of terrorism? Every spokesperson i see on tv screams Islamophobia (CAIR). If this was my religion, i would be yelling to everyone that would listen "this doesn't represent me".
These radicals might be making headway in Britan, but we won't let it happen here!
- twincam88, on 10/12/2007, -5/+2And we have it bad in America?
- sonofdy, on 10/12/2007, -4/+6Americans have no idea how good they have it.
- chachie, on 10/12/2007, -2/+8Why doesn't this Diabolique guy start tolling in a linux forum, asserting that "AOL RULEZ SUXXXOOORRRZZ".
He'd probably win more arguments.- Bridgetown, on 10/12/2007, -1/+8That's funny.
- pubscout, on 10/12/2007, -0/+8I will not submit.
- palmettoken, on 10/12/2007, -1/+6I believe the majority of the Muslims are illiterate and therefore must depend on their
"preachers" to tell them how to behave. We might solve most of this worldwide problem if we go have their "preachers".- Diabolickungfu, on 10/12/2007, -5/+0Sorta like you guys are with Malkin. Makes perfect sense.
- desc1, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6@ palmetoken
exactly. and we know those dispicable coward 'preachers' hide out in mosqeus for protection, but we cant do anything about it becase the terror loving left would have a hissyfit if we ever attacked them there. maybe sending a few missles on all there mosques doors would stop them from preaching 'death to america'. I knw it would at least mean a few less death preachers in the world.
- signals, on 10/12/2007, -3/+4Yoohoo! Welcome to the Royal Dhimmitude:
