  • girwen, on 06/28/2008, -0/+3The answer is too simple to work. The NPT doesn't go far enough. The whole world should disarm. Starting in the middle east. Work up the ladder from there, when it gets to the US and it happens here no problem anymore. If the five members of the UN security council agreed, they could impose that solution on everybody else. It wouldn't be easy, and it would take a while. There are teenagers now whose grandkids might see it.
