I personally wouldn't go down the road of saying they are or aren't white - its an argument that most people aren't going to understand your reasoning on. Anthropologically, they are Caucasians of the near-eastern branch and are most similar to Greeks and Southern Italians.
Some really do see themselves as white and have more or less assimilated into white society, and quite a number of them are mixed with Europeans to the point that it would not be possible to pick them out of a crowd of white faces. I really don't have hangups about those among them that want to assimilate - fine by me (and there are certainly a number of them who I consider as fellow travelers in the struggle for Tradition).
It is the ones who want to remain as hostile elites and poison our culture with their filth that bother me and need to be politically marginalized.
If you want to make an argument, make an argument based on Anglo-Saxon heritage. As Jacob Heilbrunn documents in his "They Knew They Were Right, The Rise Of The Neocons", neoconservative orthodoxy was built on the premise that the traditional Anglo values of America were immoral and antisemitic and as such, they saw the relationship between us and them as one of competition rather than brothers-in-arms.
