NYT Falsely Claims 9/11 Commission Concluded Lewinsky Distracted Clinton

thinkprogress.org — The New York Times review of ABC's Path to 9/11 includes the following line: "The Sept. 11 commission concluded that the sex scandal distracted the Clinton administration from the terrorist threat." This is directly contradicted on page 118 of the 9/11 Commission Report.
