NYC Police Should Release The Convention Papers

nytimes.com — If the NY City Police Department has nothing to hide, then it should produce documents that explain its infiltration of activist groups and arrests of more than 1800 people during the 2004 Republican convention. Many were detained for days.

    I don't think it's a matter of "hiding" anything.

    The simple fact is that this is OUR government, not the goons running it. They are supposed to be running the government to OUR benefit, not theirs.

    They simply have no reason to deny these papers. And I think those that deny the people what they have a Right to should be tried and sent to prison.
