;) - inactive, on 10/21/2007, -3/+29dyslexic ≠ stupid.
- tzipp, on 10/26/2007, -8/+32so its still true , the guy is a idiot
- inactive, on 10/26/2007, -1/+23Remember the days when saying somethign as simple and true as, "Bush sucks" on youtube somehow solicited a ton of angry responses like, "no, YOU suck!" or, "you're a *****"? Where are those people now? Maybe they've realized that they're web-tards and have learned that they probably shouldn't think or speak anymore.
- azprofessional, on 10/20/2007, -2/+24Buddy that was the biggest fail of a diss I've ever read.
FAIL OVERLOAD - SilentJay74, on 10/20/2007, -8/+29I F'N love NOFX. My first NOFX CD was ribbed. They still kick ass! There is defiantly still hope for our generation!
- MadScientist420, on 10/20/2007, -1/+21Please play this song on the radio!!!
- brufleth, on 10/26/2007, -2/+21In all fairness to Texans. Bush is an implant. His family moved from CT. He was born in CT, he went to school in MA and CT, and his fake cowboy image is just that, fake, because Americans love that Marlboro man BS.
- SilentJay74, on 10/20/2007, -0/+18I think the first people to receive such back lash were the Dixie Chicks when they said they were sad that Bush was from Texas.
- Klak, on 10/20/2007, -2/+20quoted from JamesSpaza:
"huh uhhhhh dats wut u r!!!!!!!!!1111eleven" - gfindlay, on 10/20/2007, -1/+18Your joke was lost on the 2 guys above me... "I Heard They Suck Live" is the name of their live album. http://interpunk.com/item.cfm?Item=33563&
- bmc31190, on 10/26/2007, -2/+17When will people learn that things don't have to be brand new to hold value.
- rnd1, on 10/21/2007, -2/+16dugg for NOFX being on digg
- sifeliz, on 10/19/2007, -0/+14fat mike isn't so fat anymore...
- piddlespank, on 10/20/2007, -2/+15knowing a little bit of that guys background would be an idea.
- cerealjynx, on 10/19/2007, -1/+13It was kinda a joke, since thats the name of their live album.
But it's also kinda true. - aaronwolfe, on 10/20/2007, -7/+19the guy?
That's Mike Burkett you idiot. - mashlin, on 10/19/2007, -0/+12They've Actually Gotten Worse Live!
- notque, on 10/26/2007, -0/+11The Ranch was built for him so he's have a backdrop to clear brush.
- froston, on 10/21/2007, -1/+12Fat Mike is great. Im surprised the media doesnt cover him more for doing crazy stuff.
i was at warped tour and he made everyone who is a christian raise their hand....then he said everyone with their hand raised ..>GET THE ***** OUT OF HERE - squirrelza, on 10/19/2007, -1/+12You sir are an idiot. I know people at Fat Wreck Chords and they had to go through expensive lawsuits just to get their name removed.
- aaronwolfe, on 10/20/2007, -5/+16Best Punk Band Ever.
A right-wing NOFX fan? Well, you have one redeeming quality at least. - theblooms, on 10/20/2007, -7/+17As most of you know if you have ever read my comments under political stories, I am about as right-wing as they come. That said, I love NOFX. They are a seriously kick ass band, and if you have never heard them, run, don't walk to your nearest record store and pick some up. My favorite song from them is Franco UnAmerican. Great tune.
- inactive, on 10/20/2007, -0/+10They were the first big celebrities to do it... maybe Sean Penn was first... but nobody listens to Sean Penn.
- inactive, on 10/20/2007, -0/+9"Buy me a Becks beer, pass me the bong,
Give me some Bushmills, I'll sing you this song
Buy me a Qualude or chop me a line, We're pushin 40 and doin just fine"
"Theme from a NoFX Album" - Pump Up The Valuum (2000) - Ignitedude, on 10/19/2007, -1/+10So long and thanks for all the shoes is my personal favourite. It's our job to keep punk rock elite is such a sick tune.
- MWeather, on 10/20/2007, -1/+10I think the businesses he drove into the ground kind of disproves the whole "you need to be intelligent to get an MBA from Harvard" theory.
- tcpip4lyfe, on 10/20/2007, -3/+12Im surprised NOFX is still around. Isn't the lead sings like 40?
- pyrotix, on 10/26/2007, -1/+10cheap shot: AN idiot
- MonsterChaOS, on 10/21/2007, -1/+10Love the song, but NoFX needs to learn that they can't show up for EVERY ***** SHOW drunk!
I swear I've seen them at least a dozen times and they've never been sober enough to play their own damned songs!!! - r00t3d0ut, on 10/21/2007, -1/+9while i applaud fat mike for punk voter, to say that NOFX is the "best punk band ever" is flat-out incorrect. try listening to the band that he has on his t-shirt (Descendents) and you'll agree.
- LethalGeek, on 10/20/2007, -2/+10My grades are rather Cish also, but I still absorbed the knowledge. Nothing I've ever seen or heard of Bush makes me think he was really paying attention. The man is a narrow minded fanatic.
- bariswheel, on 10/25/2007, -1/+9If you're going to put a NOFX song up, I need to insert the obligatory link to 'The Decline'
http://youtube.com/watch?v=b429zk6aTfs
One of the best songs of that decade. - mashlin, on 10/20/2007, -0/+8they started playing this song back around 2003.....
- Proximity, on 10/20/2007, -1/+8Dugg for being on my Top 3 Bands list for over 10 years now and for making political and social commentary both catchy and amusing.
- yobrodude, on 10/20/2007, -0/+7I highly doubt NOFX is a member of the RIAA. HIGHLY. Second, NOFX released the track on the WAR ON ERRORISM album that came out 3 YEARS AGO, so I don't what you're talking about "trying to bank on 'being cool and anti-war'" Third, its not cool to be anti-war because we shouldn't be in a war when we were outright lied to by the scumbags in Washington. This is not about BEING COOL or UNCOOL shmuck, it's about getting off your ass (stop digging through it), and doing something to make things right.
- Tyr7BE, on 10/19/2007, -4/+11No they haven't. It's now trendy to hate bush, so they're the ones posting "Bush sucks!"
- SilentJay74, on 10/19/2007, -1/+8Where have you been? 4 years ago they got boo'ed at the Grammys for saying that. Now they are not getting any backlash, but back then they did.
- happytedium, on 10/19/2007, -0/+7Linoleum is possible the best punk song since the real punk bands (77-~83).
- TrevorBelmont, on 10/26/2007, -0/+6You knew about this song three years ago? Your street cred must be off the charts!
- orangester, on 10/19/2007, -2/+8Fat Mike is awesome. NOFX has quite a few great songs. A lot of great covers too.
- minorthreat, on 10/19/2007, -1/+7dugg.. NOFX is my all time favorite. New Live Album in November called They've actually gotten worse!!!
- daniel2e, on 10/19/2007, -1/+7I think you just proved this is "defiantly" not so.
- spect3r, on 10/19/2007, -0/+6Hey NOFX spoke for MY generation (1980s early 90's!) they aren't allowed to speak to kids these days!!!~`
- notque, on 10/20/2007, -1/+6You meant Anti-Flag and Propagandhi. ;)
- Skanadian, on 10/20/2007, -2/+7That crown has to go to Dead Kennedys, The Clash, or Crass.
- topherbook, on 10/19/2007, -0/+5You know, for as much as I disagree with Fat Mike and some (not all) of his views, I respect him as a guy who does what he thinks is right. And unlike some prominent figures, he does so with at least a partial basis on fact. He also does his best to fight for the benefit of all people, not just himself and his buddies.
- inactive, on 10/25/2007, -0/+5Actually, to hear Mike tell it, he's an awful bassist, which is one reason why the brilliance that is The Decline took six months to produce. It's also the reason why any time they've played anything off of that album/song (depending on how you look at it), it's either slower or sloppy as *****.
- Danikar, on 10/26/2007, -1/+6speling dosnt cont on teh interwebs.
- tdogg241, on 10/20/2007, -0/+5It'll make sense when you get the reference:
