NIH Agency Suppresses Employees, Makes Them Report All Contact W/ Congress

thinkprogress.org — For the past several months, Congress has been investigating David Schwartz, director of NIEHS, which is a branch of NIH. Under Schwartz, the agency is now requiring all of its employees to fill out a form to document all their contacts with Congress, which appears to be an attempt to discourage employees from cooperating with the investigation.
