What's interesting is that we never hear about Muslims enslaving Africans. Hell, they're still doing it today in the Sudan and Mauritania. Slavery was only outlawed in Saudi Arabia in 1962.
Considering that more slaves were taken to Muslim lands than to the Americas, and that this occurred over a longer period of time, one could reasonably ask where all these black people went since we have millions of black people in the Americas. Well, the secret is that the men had to be castrated for the Muslims to buy them; they only wanted men whose sex organs had been completely removed. Here's a bit from a lecture at Xavier, a black university in New Orleans:
" Black slaves were brought into the Islamic world by a number of routes—from West Africa across the Sahara to Morocco and Tunisia, from Chad across the desert to Libya, from East Africa down the Nile to Egypt, and across the Red Sea and Indian Ocean to Arabia and the Persian Gulf. I have often heard people try to downplay the Islamic led black African slave trade by saying that it wasn't as "bad" as the European/American slave trade as if one form of humans ownership isn't a evil as another. Of course this lame attempt to excuse or dimish the long history of Islamic led slavery doesn't address the fact that Islam STILL ENSLAVES BLACK PEOPLE unlike the vast majority of modern day cultures.

In any event if they are joining "Minister" Farrakhan and the NOI I would like know if any of the new members could explain to me why a "Muslim" religious leader has a Christian title (Minister) in his name?

On Farrakhan calling himself a minister, Black people "RESPOND" to Minister because they grew up with Minister. They had a Minister at the church when they were little. They don't stop to "THINK" why would a Muslim call himself a Minister. Farrakhan built the NOI to the numbers they have today by a few things:
1. Whitewashed Christianity
2. Black mans religion.
3. People just responding and not thinking.

Farrakhan calling himself "minister" is like Jesse Jackson changing his title to Rabbi and no one saying a thing. I've met Muslims from Pakistan to Iran and none of them ever heard of an Islamic religious leader going by the title of "minister".
But then again as black people I guess we are "supposed" be okay with a so-called "muslim" going by the title minister and a "black leader" (Al Sharpton) who perms his hair like white woman.
