Justice Dept Possibly Violated Sexual Discrimination Act To Appoint Griffin

thinkprogress.org — On 2/26/06, the Justice Dept spokesman said that they appointed "loyal Bushie" Tim Griffin bc the first assistant U.S. attorney was on maternity leave. The Pregnancy Discrimination Act states that employers, including the federal government, cannot discriminate on the “basis of pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions.”
