There is no discussing this. To discuss it is to weaken and put in to question the juries rights. A jury, contrary to what a judge tells them, is there to try the facts of the case and the law. This is what our wonderful founding fathers intended when they designed our constitution. Look we are idiots 90% of the U.S. population does not even know the four major constitutional themes. We were given four “Bs
1. Cartridge Box
2. Ballet Box
3. Soap Box
4. Jury Box
The most powerful of all was the jury box. Under tyranny it is your last protection. So this article is trash in that jury nullification should not even be up for discussion. It is our right to nullify bad law through a jury. End of story.
