A judge found that since the FCC's rules on accuracy in the media were 'more of a policy and not a real rule or law' (Huh... I always thought policy WAS a rule...) they are allowed to present whatever they want as factual news without fear of legal recourse.

You have the obligatory instead of commenting on the actual post just say that FOX News is kicking the other shows butts in ratings which means...
You have the "how is this news? It doesn't mean anything."
You have the diversion from the actual topic to mention some bias on behalf of another situation. Textbook red team strategy. Respond to bad behavior on your side by pointing out that someone else did it, which means.....
You have the somehow turn this into the Obama Administration's fault just because...well, its Obama, so it has to be his fault.
My favorite is on The Guardian, the UK paper, in which someone in addition to saying that no one actually watches The Daily Show and Stewart isn't even popular, to accusing Stewart of being a lying idiot and proving so by linking to what they describe as "an actual photo" from the rally.
