I go up to the Director of Admin's office, she's got a TV in there and I watch just as the 2nd jetliner slams into the other tower.
To this day I still have a visceral reaction to that scene.

What a perfect introduction into a piece on how the kerosene, jet fuel from two airliners knocks down three buildings at free fall speed.
