Hedy explains her repeat visits to Palestine, to Counterpunch: "I thought a checkpoint was something like a stop light on a highway here in the United-States. It's not like that at all. And it's gotten worse every time I return. The way they are now, they remind me of when animals are rounded up and taken to slaughter, it's just so humiliating." I urge synagogues and churches and mosques to call her up now and book her.

We need to stop tip-toeing around this abhorrent behavior and start dealing with this not as a political problem, but for what it really is! Paranoid Schizophrenia!! http://www.jewishvirtuallibrary.org/jsource/Health ... - americangoy, on 06/29/2008, -4/+10Yeah, I have my take on the issue.
I also explain exactly who Ms. Gellhorn was, and why a Palestinian winning HER journalism prize with her name on it is anathema to certain parties... - zerocool1990, on 06/30/2008, -1/+6The only democracy in the Middle East, indeed.
