Though it will surely ignite heated debate, she says, this impeachment resolution is an urgent matter that cannot be ignored. She has even pledged to begin fasting if her voice is not heard.

    Impeachment is as irrelevant as watergate, because it will do nothing. The next president will continue these policies like all presidents do. It's us vs. them. Don't be fooled.

Impeachment would not be enough, a full prison sentence is all that would save the US a sweeping international humiliation. We here in Europe are watching closely what's left of the rule of law in the US. We have some experience with antidemocratic forces taking over the reigns of free society.
