- inactive, on 03/18/2008, -0/+9Fox news asked Hillary what she would say to Rush for supporting her in Texas. Hillary told Fox news that, "Rush should be careful what he wishes for".
- camelseye, on 03/18/2008, -1/+7It is always better to vote your conscience, than "play" politics. That is really what voting/democracy is all about. "Gaming" is poor judgement, because you cannot sleep at night, like most gamblers.
I wrestled with this over which candidate to support, and opted for the one I really agreed with. - letgeorge, on 03/18/2008, -1/+7B.Hussein Obama, the Jim Jones of politics, and if Wright was white, the FBI, the IRS, just to name two Federal agencies that would have been after him, worse than Jim Baker. The hate speech crowd would have made short work of him long ago.
- BarneyLS, on 03/18/2008, -1/+7If anyone gives the election to the Democrats it will be McCain. Unless McCain has an outstanding conservative for vice president I am writing in Ron Paul for president. There is not a dimes worth of difference between Clinton and McCain.
- inactive, on 03/18/2008, -0/+5Looks like you'll be writing in Ron Paul with many of the rest of us. No way will McCain have any sort of decent Vice President runningmate. His runningmate and his cabinet will be full of CFR globalism elitist puppets, just like him. Even Ronald Reagan managed to allow those evil types to snake their way under him.
- mchan103, on 03/18/2008, -2/+6Don't you get it? The Republicans and Democrats are controlled by the same people to divide the American people! A (neo) conservative Rush Limbaugh supporting Hillary should wake you up. The time is now to support the Constitution and free humanity. Unite now!! Whether you are a Republican or Democrat or Independent or whatever you call yourself, it's time to vote the Constitution back and throw out 95% of the un-Consitutional laws that has been passed in the last 100 years. These un-Constitutional laws have been enslaving the American people in liberty, politics, and economics. Ron Paul would be a fine candidate to restore that which were lost! He's been fighting this fight for the last 30 years!
- inactive, on 03/18/2008, -1/+5When you vote for the lesser of two evils you are throwing your vote away, it is still evil. There is always a third choice.
- Darel99, on 03/18/2008, -2/+6
In he past i have often voted for the lessor of the two evils. Perhaps I should blame the media but in the end it was my vote. I heard the Derry Brownfield show a few weeks ago provide a unique view and if you know who Brownfiled is he is a simple country boy who is on spot with nearly every topic he presents. In the case of voting he simply asked: Why is it that the people are given usually two choices and in most cases it's a lessor of two evils but in the end the American people still choose evil. I remembered that statement from Brownfield after I read Joseph's article which is much the same. Unlike former election cycles we have been given an amazing statesman, one who supports the law of the land and one who understands our economic woes. So I will not vote for the lessor of two evils I will cast my vote for Ron Paul even if I have to write his name in.
Aside from my confirmation of my vote I use to listen to Rush often. However, since I see the evil of the left/right issues and that both support big gov, endless spending, etc. I began to turn off Rush, Hannity, Beck and study the issues. For the last four years and dating back to my introduction to a EU official who stated the NAU would emerge I have never been more concerned with our nation and world events.
The very suggestion by Rush and Ann to vote for Hillary is inexcusable and if I owned WND i would in fact fire her from posting on WND and if I owned Rush's show it would end. Both oppose traditional GOP values so why give them a voice. - inactive, on 03/18/2008, -1/+5Holding your nose and voting for McCain instead of voting for a worthy 3rd party or independent candidate or even a write-in protest vote is simply telling the elite establishment that, "Yes, I WILL sit back and let you stick it to my country, to me, and my family, and YES I will play your game by your rules and let you have your way without a peep!" Anyone who knows that McCain would be bad for this country but still votes for him anyway is GUILTY OF THE CONTINUED RUIN OF AMERICA!
- inactive, on 03/18/2008, -0/+4Please think about the following question very carefully:
Do you pledge your allegiance to the United States of America, or to the Republican Party? - inactive, on 03/18/2008, -0/+4You say that as if McCain winning would be a good thing. Whether the winner is Obama, Hillary, or McCain, we are SCREWED!
- Indyanna, on 03/18/2008, -2/+5Re: "First, Barack Obama's candidacy is toast. His 20-year ties to an extremist, racist lunatic by the name of Jeremiah Wright did him in. There is no recovering from the damage done by Wright's hate speech, on full display for the nation in media coverage over the last week."
I'm not so sure about that. Obama's candidacy has taken a big hit, that's for sure. But the way he handled himself in today's speech was very good (sorry, but it's true), and there's still a lot of time before the Democat Party convention. As well all know, when it comes to politics, six months is an eternity. Anything can happen.
So I wouldn't be writing off Obama just yet. - jlangfel, on 03/18/2008, -0/+3I found it interesting to listen to the people who crossed over and voted for Clinton. They all felt dirty. Perhaps that was a sign this was not a good thing to do. Many fell into the trap of playing the democrats game in without realizing that its a suckers bet. I hope it does not come back to bite, but I fear it may and we will all be the worse off for it.
- inactive, on 03/18/2008, -0/+3Excellent comment! Unfortunately too many Americans are so ignorant that they place their loyalties to the Republican or Democratic parties instead of to America and the Constitution. They act like lab rats in a maze being lead directly to where their masters want them to go. It's time we stop playing by the elite's rules of voting for the lesser of two evils and only supporting the candidates they tell us can win or who are the front runners. Vote for what WE want, not what the globalist elite want! And if we do not want the Constitution anymore, then we are screwed regardless.
- inactive, on 03/18/2008, -0/+3Right you are Darrel99. I helped get Rush on local stations years ago, I thought he was entertaining and he seemed to be a Conservative. Gradually he morphed into his true character and or was compromised by the New World Oder. It was apparent after a while that his mission was to corral the otherwise "Conservative" gullible. His propping up Judas George for the past 7 years should be an eye opener to those who can still THINK.
- jasontromm, on 03/18/2008, -1/+3Since I live in PA and I'm sure our state will cast their Electoral College ballots for the Democrat party candidate, I refuse to hold my nose and vote for McCain. I will vote for whoever the Libertarians nominate, I hope that will be Ron Paul.
- inactive, on 03/18/2008, -1/+3There are more ways of looking at it besides your scenario. The way I see it, everyone who voted for Huckabee, McCain, Thompson, Giuliani, Romney, etc., instead of Ron Paul are guilty of screwing us over. We are in the beginnings of an ecomonic collapse, and only Ron Paul has the economic expertise to face this reality. Furthermore, he's the only candidate who fully supports the Constitution. Now look at what we are stuck with. Romney wouldn't have been any more favorable to McCain than McCain is to Obama or Hillary.
- inactive, on 03/18/2008, -0/+2Indeed!
- zakman55, on 03/18/2008, -3/+5You just cannot blame Rush for this. That is just too easy. The Democrat Party will fight within itself with or without Rush. As far as Obama or Hillary, I actually think that Hillary would be the lesser of two evils. I hope that the in fighting continues in their party and that they will have a meltdown at the convention. But when it comes time to vote, I will probably hold my nose and vote for John McCain. I guess he would screw things up the least in the White House. But then again remember that a lot can happen between now and November. And you have got to admit that it sure is entertaining. I guess we have to wait and see !!
- zephs82, on 03/18/2008, -0/+2That's what I did the last time Spector ran. And I also refused to vote for Santorum because he supported Spector.
- inactive, on 03/18/2008, -4/+5LOL
YOu just can't ever be honest.
And just because you hate black people, why should the Dems?
It's pathetic the way you rightards assume everyone else has your failings.
If YOU wouldn't vote for a black, fine. We already knew you were a racist.
But don't go assuming everyone else has the low character you do.
It's funny the way racist ***** try to pretend everyone else is racist.
Do you buy your Klan hoods off the rack? - inactive, on 03/18/2008, -1/+2We would be so much better off if voters would simply:
1) Become informed on all the issues and where the candidates and their records stand on them.
2) Vote for who you truly want to be elected, rather than who anyone else tells you can or should be elected.
Unfortunately, millions of Americans sell their vote to others for free. They vote for someone they do not really want to be elected in exchange for nothing. They do it out of fear, out of ignorance, and out of a herd mentality controlled by the elitists who stand to benefit from this manipulation. This is how we ended up with these top 3 treasonous, anti-Constitution, evil candidates for our future President of this once great nation. - inactive, on 03/18/2008, -7/+8Nonsense. Obama's campaign is toast because of his bad judgement and affiliations, not because of anything the Republicans did. I've said many times, the Democrats would never put a black man in the White House.
- skorrent, on 03/18/2008, -2/+3If Farah is correct and Obama is toast, then the Dems are left with a candidate with 51% negatives already. Not too bad for McCain.
- will1934, on 03/18/2008, -0/+1Farah has failed in his attempt to be the smartest person in the room. "Rush the Vote" has worked remarkably well. The Democrat party is in chaos, and will continue in the self destruct mode all the way to November. There was never any chance of Barrack becoming the nominee anyway , though. The democrats allowed him to get into the contest as a novelty and then he became too sucessful. If he had continued upon this road he would probably have commited suicide. Hillery will be the candidate of a badly damaged party and lose. After all, she is the most despised women in the nation.
- Par4, on 03/18/2008, -3/+4Evangelicals essentially did the same thing within the Republican nomination process. By supporting Huckabee against Mitt Romney, who was most feared by the Democrats in the general election (not McCain) they allowed McCain to win. While McCain has the nomination it is not yet clear that he is home free either with the skeletons in his closet, Keating 5 and his largely unchallenged Vietnam behaviors (see VietnamveteransagainstMcCain.com).
- inactive, on 03/18/2008, -3/+4Democrats have their share of racism hate white people. Even some Dems who are white hate white people. And the numbers speak for themselves, just look at the percentages of black Democrat voters who are supporting Obama... well over 80%. But Democrats aren't racist? By the way, the KKK was started by the Democrats to target Republicans.
- exgop, on 03/18/2008, -0/+1There are some differences not many but enough for me not to vote for Hillary
- Phrag, on 03/19/2008, -1/+2"By the way, calling people names isn't debating. It's childish arguing. That's why I call you people digger KIDS." You of all people would be an expert on that.
- zephs82, on 03/18/2008, -0/+1What people fail to realize is the Republican Party treats evangelicals the same way the Democrat Party treats African Americans. They take them for granted and say to them what are you going to do vote for the other side. It's about time a legitimate third party rose up and unified all clear thinking Americans!
- zephs82, on 03/18/2008, -0/+1Doing this is only admitting you have no conscience
- inactive, on 03/18/2008, -1/+2I certainly agree with Michael4lsu, Americans have been denied a candidate, we have essentially been denied a free election as the selection process has fallen to the MSM, controlled by the New World Oder.
- inactive, on 03/19/2008, -0/+1It's not the evangelicals' fault for McCain. I lay the blame at the cross-over democrat voters. McCain has always been their man. Remember when he ran against Bush? He encouraged democrat voters to vote in the republican primaries. The Democrats will get one of their own this election no matter who wins.
- inactive, on 03/19/2008, -2/+3You want to see who hates blacks? Do some honest research for once, don't base your opinions on the opinions of others who think like you. http://stoprepublicans.blogspot.com/ By the way, calling people names isn't debating. It's childish arguing. That's why I call you people digger KIDS.
- inactive, on 03/18/2008, -2/+3Rush Limpjaw is a CFR Hack. He has spent the past 7 years propping up Judas George and his New World Oder. Why look to him for anything substantive?
- levibo, on 03/19/2008, -0/+1I agree with those going with a third choice candidate; I'm putting in for Alan Keyes, a true Constitutionalist, Conservative and man of CHARACTER!
- inactive, on 03/19/2008, -0/+1There is a "legitimate" third party. The Constitution Party. You should read their platform.
- retdep110, on 03/18/2008, -1/+1...and if Hillary gets her party's nod, she will spank McCain like a bad step-child.. Lindbaugh should have kept his thoughts to himself. They weren't well-grounded. Now we're headed for eight years with the s**t, then another eight years with Obama. This is what happens when you let neo-cons dabble in politics.
- grahamjj, on 03/20/2008, -0/+0Alan Keyes is the most articulate political figure in America and will never get elected. America seems to what someone who will buy their vote with promises, not principle.
- grahamjj, on 03/20/2008, -0/+0John McCain can just sit back and smile as the Dem's show their true colors
- rightwingattila, on 03/19/2008, -1/+1What a load of garbage as usual. I voted for Alan Keyes the first time in 1992. TRY AGAIN!!!
- isukusa, on 03/18/2008, -1/+0I dislike all our choices just as much as anyone and I am bitter as hell that a man like Paul doesn't get a fair shake but there are differences between a McCain or a Clinton/Obama choice. The Supreme Court for one, taxes for another, treatment of our soldiers for a third and a number of others. Listen I can't stand any of them but it is no reason to commit national suicide by allowing Clinton or Obama to gain the presidency. I know you are voting your conscience but a vote for anyone other than McCain will is a vote for the Democrat nominee period; you know and I know it. Sorry, that's the way it is.
- allahbigbutts, on 03/19/2008, -1/+0A vote for Ron Paul (a good man) is a vote for the only evil in this race...for the democrats, which is a vote for baby killing and against the sanctity of marriage. A vote for McCain will at least bring us support against those two issues. Don't give me no more "lesser of two evils" that is the devil working on you to further it's cause. One person posted about some country boy who he almost always agrees with...that is scary...you can't get agreement on everything! In my opinion, the only issues on the table that are moral in nature or that God would pass judgement on are killing babies and marriage....everything else is ours to choose. Do not give this election to baby killers, racists, homomafia, socialists, terrorist supporters ... the only evil in this race is to give up and not fight the fight...Ron Paul is not in the race! Yes, he has good ideas, but he is not in it. Lesser of two evils would be the democrats want late term abortions and the Republicans support the "morning after pill"....both evil...then you write in Ron Paul...not the case and far from it.
- levibo, on 03/19/2008, -1/+0Alan Keyes is definitely worth taking a look at!!
- Wesen, on 03/18/2008, -2/+0Rush needs a long vacation. He has outlived his usefulness.
- will1934, on 03/18/2008, -5/+1Your sophmoric comment is clearly out of left field. You never listened to Rush. If you had, you wouldn't be so out of touch with reality. I suggest that you check back into rehab.
