- hawkeye17, on 02/27/2008, -2/+7Soon the Right Wing base will only consist of angry bigoted white men...oh wait, that's already their primary base.
- inactive, on 02/27/2008, -2/+6It's tough finding a candidate as evil and ignorant as you want them to be.

"My fellow Americans, there are some who like to refer to my middle name as though it's an ominous indication that I'm a foreigner, I'm un-American, or that there is some kinship between me and some enemies of our past. They use my full name almost as if it were a swear word. I welcome a dialogue and discussion on this issue. I am proud of my middle name, Hussein, given to me by my father, which is derived from the Arabic root 'ahsan,' meaning 'very good' or 'best.' It is a name I strive to live up to, as we all should. We should all strive for the best of ourselves..." - SheilaNoya, on 02/28/2008, -1/+2The ONLY good thing about McCain is that he is willing to turn his back on the religious nuts and the hate-filled bigots of the Republican party. However, since that is now the GOP's "base", McCain has a huge problem. Whatever happens in November, it's clear that the religious fanatics are being stripped of their stranglehold on our government, and that's a good thing.
If they end up voting for McCain, it will show everyone what total hypocrites they are, and that they are more loyal to a political party than to their own religious beliefs and their so-called moral values. They will never be taken seriously again and will fade into oblivion, as far as political power is concerned. - Stevanoski, on 02/28/2008, -2/+2McCain refuses to learn. His "pals" at the Old Media stations will abandon and crucify him every chance they get.
