Guns, Rights, Violence and Lobbies

readwritereact.com — Last month, the Supreme Court ruled the District of Columbia law prohibiting handgun ownership unconstitutional. The majority opinion was written by the very conservative Antonin Scalia. In the opinion, he left the door open to additional licensing restrictions and regulations. In my view this was the correct decision. The lawsuits are coming.
