For that matter, why did they do this in the first place? Why not have a minor out break of "gang violence" for several months in which the targeted individuals were slowly picked off? Not too unlikely in prison, and much easier to cover up then 5000 execution style killings and the disposal of 5000 bodies (does anyone have a rough guess what the volume of 5000 bodies would be?
