- Good2BMe, on 04/28/2008, -1/+5Yeah! I saw this commercial last week and nearly fell out of my seat! My husband and I looked at each other and exclaimed, "What is THAT all about?" Newt is selling us out. He must have been promised something phenomenal
once the liberals get their one world government/new world order. Isn't it interesting to see how we've gone from "global warming" to "climate change"? On several occasions, big global warming conventions were canceled because of out-of-season snow storms! There's just too much data pointing to the fact that we are moving away from the global warming "crisis". I agree with SREVIE above in that the reason "climate change" has to be promoted is to increase government control over us all. - srevie, on 04/28/2008, -1/+5Any person that has any understanding of third grade science knows that global warming is a hoax. The only reason to promote global warming is to promote more government, i.e. communism. Newt Gingrich should have been smarter than to allow himself to be made a fool and a dupe. This diminishes everything that Newt has done or will do for conservatives in the next few years.

I was fooled by "W" but I was never fooled by Newt....
Newt is a wolf in sheep cloths and here is why.
Newt sought to bring down Clinton with both proof and allegations but mostly focused on Clinton's indiscretions. But while Newt was urging the moral majority and the reglious right he was at the exact same time having sex out of marriage. Now he receives the red carpet treatment from the likes of Dobson and many Christian right leaders.
Newt tried often to hide his membership with the CFR but after realizing few would oppose his association with the CFR he became rather bold and announced he was a CFR member. Oddly, those of us who are called to be watchmen somehow overlooked this assocatiaion but I didn't and so have many others.
IN Oct 2006 I was at a fund raiser for the GOP. Newt, was a guest speaker and during his speech he claimed support for "Marshall Law" and he supports "The Real ID Act" when I sought to challenge his support of both after the event I was removed for asking simple questions. I even asked him at the event in an open question and answer session why he supported the plans of the IMF to support the devaluation of the dollar he refused to answer my questions.
No sir Newt Gingrich is a sell out. He supports the global agenda and seeks to support police state tactics and I for one believe that people like him and "W" should be arrested immediately and tried for treason. Supporting Global climate change without a real study by science which puts our nation in arms way of many global laws and additional taxes would have never been accepted by the founders. - robertrutger, on 04/28/2008, -0/+3NAFTA Newt is as phony as a three dollar bill. He is a long standing, card carrying member of the treasonous Council on Foreign Relations, and that alone explains it all. Anyone who gives this guy the time of day (i.e. Shawn Hannity) is either a complete ignoramous, or part of the same coterie.
- nippinawassee, on 04/29/2008, -0/+2algore's movie was pieced together - the shot of the big icebergs 'calving' (chunks falling off of it) was out of the movie "the Last Days' - they interviewed with the computer modeling expert who did the scene for the Last Days and she watched the shot and said: yes - that's OUR scene, all computer modeled... he can't even do this right? And people are suggesting he run for pres...???? Puhleeze... I'd like to see him run to get away from an angry mob!

- veteraness, on 04/28/2008, -0/+1I was disappointed, but not surprised by this commercial. "Conservatives" seem to always want to be liked by the wrong people. In addition, I'm getting pretty sick and tired of GREEN being thrown in my face in every TV ad and most movies, as if its a forgone conclusion that CO2 is a pollutant. The only thing green is the money these hacks are making off of most of us plebes.
