The Iraq "war" just like Korea, Viet Nam, and so on ad nausium, was not Congressionally declared either. So the justification that we retain the President who lied us into this mess in the first place, just to avoid changing horses in mid stream seems to be nothing more than a little deceptive verbal prestidigitation. Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, and the gang need to be tried for war crimes and put where they can never have the power or influence to harm anyone ever again.
