Frankly, I expected more from a third generation Naval Academy Graduate, decorated veteran, and 26 year member of congress. Then I got to thinking – some of this stuff sounds familiar. Although espousing some great and correct moral values...the Republican party is losing precisely for "fanning the flames." It should be a warning to Democrats as well.
  • lelia1, on 10/31/2008, -0/+3I am terribly ashamed of what our Senate race in NC has turned in to. Elizabeth Dole should be ashamed of herself. I do think the Republicans have been quite a bit nastier this year.
