Fox News Speculates How Officials Could ‘Declare’ Johnson ‘Incapacitated'

thinkprogress.org — ThinkProgress has video from Fox News this morning. The anchors were lavishing the thought of Sen. Johnson (who just had brain surgery) being declared incapacitated, thus shifting control of the Senate away from Democrats.
