Fineman: Intel Community To Release ‘Three Reports On Iran
thinkprogress.org — On the Chris Matthews Show today, NBC ’s Howard Fineman revealed that the intelligence community will release “three different reports” in upcoming weeks to “slow down” the administration’s current drumbeat for war with Iran.

Refresh my memory: didn't Rumsfeld way back when announce a plan of planting propaganda in foreign English-language media so that it could easily hop the pond into the US media but still not count as propagandizing the US public for legal reasons? I seem to recall that he did, but can't find a link right now.
