Truman) both parents must work full time just to maintain a roof and food on the table. We're not talking about both of us working to maintain some "lifestyle," I'm talking the basics. Vacations are a forgotten dream because we can't afford 'em. Any "spare" cash is absorbed in medical costs. So how do we home school our kids with those constraints? Private schools are simply out of the question. Christian schools simply don't exist in our area. The local pastors couldn't see fit to work together.
It's a great goal, but completely unrealistic. We need Christian schools available in every town for a competitive price...FREE! The Christian community needs to band together to make this happen, but I don't have much hope for that. Maybe further decline in the Obamanation we've become will be a catalyst for Christians to finally work together, but I doubt it. Sorry to be so negative, but the talk of hope from Mr. Farah and other commentators on WND fails when a plan isn't forthcoming.
