- noannex1, on 11/05/2007, -0/+0Isn't Columbia a school where they forbid ROTC or military recruiters from coming on campus? If so, the argument about allowing A-jad on campus in an effort to allow ALL perspectives to be heard falls flat. They are very selective about who they invite or permit to speak. As a private school that is their right, but I'm sure they love accepting federal tax dollars in the form of student loans, grants etc. So there is a public interest at stake here since we the people have financed a lot of those students with tax money.
