Bush To Veto Employment Non-Discrimination Act

thinkprogress.org — Tomorrow, the House will vote on the Employment Non- Discrimination Act (ENDA), which would make it illegal to fire, refuse to hire, or fail to promote employees simply based on sexual orientation. Today the White House issued a statement making clear that "senior advisors" will recommend that Bush veto the bill.
