- Homerr, on 10/11/2007, -8/+47I have Bush fatigue.
- Insightful, on 10/11/2007, -12/+47Bush and his neocon friends suffer form war cheer leading and profiteering. There is no war in the Middle East that they do not think they can undertake and win no matter the sacrifice from normal Americans.
- Gadren, on 10/11/2007, -10/+41I think that Bush's psychology is being affected more. Remember those videos of him speaking ten years ago?
Dementia... - strifeprime, on 10/11/2007, -8/+35Mine is more like "pocket fatigue" because of the trillions of dollars we are losing over a senseless war for oil.
- matter17, on 10/11/2007, -9/+36"It's a war in which an enemy will kill innocent men, women, and children in order to achieve a political objective."
I wonder when he'll realize that he is talking about himself. - Onetrack, on 10/11/2007, -4/+30cue the black copters over your house in 3.... 2.....1......
- heaintheavy, on 10/11/2007, -7/+29Think with the trigger finger. It is much easier than being all "intellectual" and *****.
- scottykempf, on 10/11/2007, -6/+28Duh, it IS war fatigue. Tha'ts when we've been over there for 5 years and the situation is just as muddy as when we went over there. War fatigue is when we are sick and tired of spending Billions of dollars a year and hundreds of soldiers lives (not to mention thousands of innocent Iraqi lives) every year! AAAHHHHHH!H!!!!!
- BrapAllgood, on 10/11/2007, -4/+25More like 'Lie fatigue'.
- boelder, on 10/11/2007, -4/+23Now he's a ***** psychologist.
Impeach this *****.
Let him go practice his psychology in a prison cell. - zweben, on 10/11/2007, -0/+16Says the guy with the V for Vendetta icon.
- otheruser, on 10/11/2007, -4/+17Unfortunately for Bush, America is a republic, so the public's "clamoring" means something.
- cfazzini, on 10/11/2007, -5/+18It'd be worth it.
- TicoTico, on 10/11/2007, -5/+18"an enemy will kill innocent men, women and children in order to achieve a political objective"
This much describes what he is achieving - williamdyer, on 10/11/2007, -0/+12It would NOT make Bush a martyr. In fact it would be rather awkward. Compare and contrast: My wife flew to D.C. and stood in line all night to pay last respects to Ronald Reagan. I'm quite sure people would line up all night to spit on George W. Bush.
Think about it. I've got an autographed photo of Reagan on my wall. And I would line up to hock a lugie on George W. Bush. That's how bad this guy has ***** up. - bowens44, on 10/11/2007, -4/+15What a truly arrogant, petty, stubborn little man.
- Battleloser, on 10/11/2007, -16/+27And you guys still think assassinating him is a bad idea?
- MrCrumbles, on 10/11/2007, -2/+13Seriously. It's getting in the way of the iphone reviews. I like to read around 12 per day, but that number is tough to meet when like, stuff happens in the world.
- GoneSouth, on 10/11/2007, -7/+18This whole democracy thing is such a nuisance. I wish they'd all just do what I say.
- pintomp3, on 10/11/2007, -0/+11the republican party isn't too worried. diebold is still making voting machines, right?
- MrCrumbles, on 10/11/2007, -7/+17Can he even spell psychology?
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -0/+10It's not "fatigue." Millions of us were never fooled. We've always been against this illegal war of aggression and the war crimes that followed it.
- pintomp3, on 10/11/2007, -3/+11i guess those 3000+ soldiers and hundreds of thousands of iraqis just died of "fatigue"
- Battleloser, on 10/11/2007, -0/+8Kill him too
- andergriff, on 10/11/2007, -2/+10This is a civilizational conflict. Trying to get Muslims to accept liberal democracy is a fool's errand. Get Muslims out of the west and get westerners out of the Islamic world. It's the only way to prevent "terrorism".
- proclaimLiberty, on 10/11/2007, -2/+10I didn't vote him for president, and I definitely didn't ask him to be my psychologist. Who does he think he is? A doctor now?
We need to send him back to Texas where he can spend his time growing grapefruit or something. Perhaps that would be something he could handle without goofing up. - williamdyer, on 10/11/2007, -0/+7WHat a ***** lame-ass dry-drunk queen of denial our jackhole president is: I have spend a trillion dollars and 3700 dead Americans on war-for-a-lie fat-*****-tigue
When I see the pig dogs at PNAC and AIPAC hanged for ***** up my country I think I might get some more spring in my step. - feckineejit, on 10/11/2007, -3/+10I'm afraid I can't understand what my "President" is saying because he is full of "*****".
- halavais, on 10/11/2007, -3/+10Yes, but there are levels of pissed off.
If, today, he held a press conference and said that he was pulling the majority of troops back to the US, redeploying some in Afghanistan, seeking detente with Iran, increasing educational funding, dismantling Gitmo, de-funding the tactical nuclear programs, requiring all future wiretaps to have a judge-issued warrant, seeking to roll back PATRIOT ACT, increasing the Paris Hilton tax (if you can call it a death tax, I can call it a Paris Hilton tax), opening all executive records to a review by the congress, and advising his VP to confess and turn himself in, I would be considerably less pissed off.
If he announced he was resigning, I would buy him a beer. - Alfonzo, on 10/11/2007, -0/+7 It's not easy being a country full of victims
- theNazz, on 10/11/2007, -2/+9There is a reason Bush needs 100 city blocks closed off before going anywhere. It must be because so many people want to throw those flowers at him in appreciation of his 'hard work'.
- Joe_rigby, on 10/11/2007, -3/+9Regardless of whether or not we are suffering from occupation fatigue, the basis for this occupation has been disproved.
They've tried to reinvent this occupation, again, it has been disproved.
He's trying to quell the uproar over the mismanagement of the occupation in Iraq, his mismanagement of the executive office and he tells us we're war fatigued, and thus incapable of making prudent or correct decisions when he's spending OUR ***** TAX DOLLARS!?
wtf, mate? - Gir9000, on 10/11/2007, -0/+6"This is an ugly war. It’s a war in which an enemy will kill innocent men, women and children in order to achieve a political objective."
...I wonder if bush will ever get it at all? that's what he is doing to the people of Iraq! - inactive, on 10/11/2007, -4/+10you're right, stupid americans not liking long drawn out wars.
everyone knows that if a war doesnt last at least 4 or 5 years, something wasn't done right. - williamdyer, on 10/11/2007, -0/+6That would require honor, which George W. Bush has none of.
- Simus, on 10/11/2007, -6/+11Hmm War Fatigue? Maybe he should be out there with our troops that are on constant rotation in Iraq, then he can feel War Fatigue.
- ZWarren69, on 10/11/2007, -3/+8Do you deny that the Oil Restoration Act was made by OPEC?
Do you deny that the Oil Industry is making record profits, after oil supply is down? - wiremonkeymommy, on 10/11/2007, -2/+7Ironic; he's a walking checklist of psychological problems
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -3/+8are you effing kidding me? this guy had already gone overboard but this.... this is... i can't even come up with words to describe what insanity this is!
- conna, on 10/11/2007, -4/+9Dear Bush. Go ***** yourself.
- Retsep, on 10/11/2007, -3/+8I don't understand how leaving Iraq in shambles will benefit America, can someone please explain this to me? If this is the case then why don't we leave Iran and Syria in shambles while we're over there.
- Dustmuffins, on 10/11/2007, -1/+6Yeah he's making executive decisions and stuff. Completely out of line for the executive branch.
- avasol, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4Sorry mate. You forgot to clearly tag your piece as /sarcasm. You lose. Try again.
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4What's not to be tired of? All of our money that is being thrown away? All of the lives that are being lost or destroyed? And for what? Think of all the good things that could be done for society if these resources were used in a positive way, instead of being used to destroy lives and create problems that we will have to deal with for years to come. This war was a huge mistake from the beginning and for people to want us the hell out of there right now is perfectly natural.
- consonance, on 10/11/2007, -1/+5What if he resigns?
- KyjL, on 10/11/2007, -3/+7THIS USER HAS BEEN DETAINED, PENDING NO INVESTIGATION AND IMMEDIATE EXECUTION
GOD BLESS AMERICA
UNITED STATES BUREAU OF MORALITY - inactive, on 10/11/2007, -3/+7It's optional. You can turn it off.
- deleo, on 10/11/2007, -4/+8I guess Bush is the only one enjoying our misguided invasion of Iraq. The rest of us want it to end and for our troops to come home. Our President is completely isolated from reality and most of the American people at this point. As much as I don't like Bush, I am more sad than angry about where our Country is right now.
- wvernon1981, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4Actually, you should know that economic value doesn't just calculate monetary loss or gain. That would be accounting value. Economic value would include such things as human life, resources spent in Iraq that could have been used elseware, children with lost fathers, etc. Don't think money when you hear economics. It's important but it's not the only thing economics analyzes.
- daGUY, on 10/11/2007, -3/+7Well, when the people who sold us the war said they doubted it would last "six months" (Donald Rumsfeld), and now it's five years later...
