After mentioning a single advertisement with a stoned-looking girl in it, the article concludes that apple 'promotes drug use among teenagers'. That is more than a little bit of a leap in logic. And that is not even the only or most impressive leap of logic. The article actually concludes that Apple is making an effort to turn children into drug-using, devil-worshiping, homosexuals. Does that not seem a bit over the top to you? At many points I actually thought this must be some kind of satire. It appears, however, that it is just a band of cranky luddites that don't see the irony of using the Internet as a forum to wage a war against technology.

It says, "I'm not saying that a brief exposure to Apple computers products will make your child into a drug-using, Devil worshiping homosexual, DESPITE APPLE'S BEST EFFORTS TO MAKE THAT SO". So what I claimed is correct. The article does say that apple is making an effort to make that so. The sentence is saying that the author doesn't think it will be successful EVEN THOUGH that is what apple is trying to do.

    "I'm NOT saying that a brief exposure to Apple computers products will make your child into a drug-using, Devil worshipping homosexual"
