2008 Campaign - In need of bold ideas

time.com — Politicians hate having to talk about anything remotely adventurous in the midst of a campaign. They prefer safe recitations of conventional wisdom. If you actually make a bold promise, you'll be asked for specifics and your opponents and the press will tear your proposal to shreds. Here are a few bold (and some dumb) ideas from Joe Klein of TIME.
