A city lies crippled with fear as a female elevator rapist hunts down men and forces sex on them in elevators, leaving behind a trail of terror. Detectives begin to piece her maniacal puzzle together and need the help of a former victim to help capture her in this second installment of the "God Damn ***** Woman Elevator Rapist" trilogy.
