Our 70th show. We discussed the actual passage of an Iraq-Afghanistan spending bill along with the domestic spending add-ons, including an increase in minimum wage. We also discussed national ID cards for employment eligibility as part of the Senate's proposed immigration legislation, the U.S. funding the Mexican government's wiretapping program, legislation passed by the House of Representatives making spyware and phishing scams a federal crime, and the U.S. as the world's policeman.
