And listen. hold off on your arguments about a superior version on the 360 coming out... god knows when.. since it hasnt even started development.

DVD-9... vs 50GB Blu-Ray disk... and or dual layer in the future.
Now.. uncompressed audio, and video.
Mod support on an open ended system
FREE ONLINE PLAY. with basically the same ***** as live
ABILITY TO INSTALL GAME DATA to the HDD (3GB in fact... for faster loads and game play)
An Optimized Unreal Engine for the PS3 architecture.
Keyboard and Mouse support.
Audio in TRUE 7.1 surround sound..
Ability to download ADDED CONTENT without a fee... cause we all know.. when and if content is released on live for it... it will cost ATLEAST 800 MSFST points
As a 360 owner... I must say.. BRAVO.... I will be playing this game for ages.. as I have shelved Halo 3 since well... its an utter disappointment.
Listen.. 360 People... myself included... you know just as I do that my 360's days are numbered... it is inferior technology lined up to a system that excels in value... and has the developers behind it.
AND PLEASE.. Mass Effect was good.. but not THAT GOOD.. It would be nice.. to you know.. HAVE TEXTURES ACTUALLY BE THERE when I play a game.. and a stable framerate when im in heated battle... and I hear the lowest UT3 goes down to is 30... with everything blowing to hell on screen.
Now.. why dont you all STFU... and enjoy the game?

According to Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unreal_Engine UE3 uses Ageia's PhysX engine. Nothing at all to do with MS.
The only thing holding up this game on Linux is the complete lack of potential customers. I'm constantly amazed at how all the *nux users seem to pull these fat lies out of their ass about Microsoft being the root of all their problems. The game-play has been refined so much at this point that it is nearing perfection-- and it is different than any other shooter on the market. Nothing else is as fast-paced and intense. It's release was not rushed-- Epic took EXTRA time to make it perfect. The PC version just got it's first patch today, which had only a couple bug fixes, but, a TON of things that the community asked for. That reflects well on the quality of the game and the quality of Epic as a company. PS3 owners really have something to be proud of.
