What's better is that even with how fantastic the graphics are, it still looks like this trailer was made with the in-game engine and not using prerendered footage.

- Soniti, on 05/20/2009, -0/+33I think the most inventive Colossus was the giant, flying sand worm- Having to run your horse at max speed, then jump off and grab on to it, only to get lifted really, really, freaking high into the sky was one of the most epic things in any video game..

While neither were perfect as far as controls and overall gameplay go, the utter satisfaction I got after having completed Shadow of the Colossus made me yearn more from Fumito Ueda. The world his team created and the music from Kō Ōtani (which in *my* opinion is best I've heard in a video game) is what stuck with me long after having finished the game.

If that's true, then I would LOVE to see how the game looks now. Hopefully CatDragon remains the same.
On the flip side, the NICO teaser looked completely different from the final build of Shadow of the Colossus. Especially the main character, who looked a lot like ICO before becoming Wander (same as this).

I winced when the kitty-dragon saves the kid, and then nuzzles him, right when the kid is standing on the edge of the platform, nearly pushing him off, again.

- AkiraIsley, on 05/21/2009, -0/+8The thing that struck me the most about that boss fight was the fact that the colossi NEVER attacked you. It was simply trying to get away. Yet we all still chased it down and killed it, thus making the player feel various different forms of emotions such as guilt, sadness, etc. This is why SotC is one of the most emotional driven games out there.

- cryonix, on 05/21/2009, -1/+5From the start I've always said that a Team Ico game will be the 100% deal breaker to make me finally break down and get a ps3. Not that I have something against the PS3 or it's current game lineup. I haven't been super motivated to get one. But I don't think I could live with myself if I didn't treat myself to the joy of a new Ico game. Plus once i get it, I'll have no reason to be missing out on the PS3 lineup anymore :)
