I wonder if they would of ever done this without these applications having been created first by innovative hard working homebrew hackers... I doubt it.

And it was. I had Star Trek Voyage Home ripped to a memory stick before PSP came out, played it in store. Sony is just catching up with what others have already done while they were circumventing Sony's security.

The web browser on that thing still blows. The Wii opera browser runs rings around the thing. My iPod Touch is less processor powerful but has a better and faster browser.
