New PS3 Ads Are Gorgeous and Scary At the Same Time [PICS]

ps3fanboy.com — It's a shame that these Dali-inspired adverts, made by the Chilean advertising agency BBDO Chile, probably won't be put into circulation outside of South America. But that's also a good thing. We can't help but feel that while these images (second one after the break) look absolutely stunning, there's also something innately unsettling about them.

  • kss42, on 04/08/2008, -2/+8I don't know about the rest of you, but I really like these ads. What if games were so real that the characters inside could look out and see you? A powerful being that controls their actions - the player would be like a god to them. Or maybe it's just a creative way for Sony's PR machine to show how important their customers are. In any case, it's one of the more thought-provoking ad campaigns I've seen, and I think that's a good thing.
