- Tahiri, on 03/02/2008, -0/+2"this Japanese interview Hideo Kojima complains about the Blu Ray discs. The Metal Gear Solid producer considers the Blu Ray disc too small. Seems that the complete game couldn't fit in the disc and the Konami programmers had to compress some parts to save some space. This means that we will have to download something to complete the game install?!"
No that doesn't mean we need to install. - Zamfir, on 03/02/2008, -1/+24 - layer Blu-ray seems to be needed now rather than later...
- coyote1284, on 03/02/2008, -0/+2I don't think he's "complaining" per se. Just stating that MGS4 is bigger than 50GB, graphics and all. Would you say that CryTek complained that current consumer computer hardware was ineffecient to run Crysis? No, it's just part of the hype. FWIW, hype is not always bad. I hope Kojima presses forward and makes MGS4 exactly how he wants it and utilizes a method that does not compromise that vision.
