I don't know if it's a good game, but IGN gave it an 8.5. It can't be a bad thing that PS3 picked it up. And quit talking about Heavenly Sword, that is a superb game. - charlescheese, on 10/19/2007, -3/+10Oh come on. Resistance is a great game, so is Motorstorm, so is Ratchet and Clank. I'd say Ratchet is easily the best PS3 game, and I would rather play that than Halo or Gears of War, but I'm pretty damn sick of FPS at this point. Ratchet is a beautiful game, with stunning visuals, and AAA gameplay. There honestly isn't anything like Ratchet on the 360, and Resistance is a top of the line FPS that scratches my FPS itch just fine.

- go123, on 10/18/2007, -0/+2Do we really need another FPS on the PS3 right now. As I said at PS3Attitude.com, I'm completely underwhelmed by Lost Planet coming to the PS3. We've already got 'Aliens in a wasteland' in Resistance. And with a rumoured 100 titles in development using the Unreal Engine (and you just KNOW a heap of them will be FPS titles), the excellent Haze coming along (which actually looks mildly different for an FPS) and other shooters like FEAR, Area 51 and Jericho already out, I really don't think another FPS can squeeze it's way in.

Dead Rising was a really great game except for the save system. How can you say its not fun to run around a full sized shopping mall, with no rules, just playing around in all the stores, killing seas full of brain dead zombies with nearly any object you can find in the stores or laying around. I keep hearing how this game thats on my shelf, or that game that I finished a year ago or the other game that was really cool and I play once in a while all will maybe be coming to the PS3 in the next few years.
These games are I think in the 360 classic section now for under 30 dollars. So wait a year or two more and pay 70 bucks for the PS3 version, nice. - Thabor, on 10/18/2007, -2/+4
