But getting to the point. Indigo prophecy was the most refreshing gamplay and by far one of the best games I have ever played. It changed my perspective of what a game can and should be. Now the spiritual successor is coming out , and I read in the comments all the asshats who are spewing their retarted fanboy rants out. Good for the ***** developers for wanting to release a solid product. Shows that they care that much about their game. To miss the biggest shopping time of the year, to make their game better for us. Screw you fanboys who are too stupid to realize how good this game will be (if indigo prophecy is any indication) they are going to
miss out on one of the definitive "games as art" games that will push this medium in terms of story telling and gameplay. That being said, I cannot ***** wait for this game. It and brutal legend are the reason I kept my playstation. Also quantic dream (I think. In too lazy to look up) if your reading, I can haz pc version?

Trouble is, that list now includes:
Bioshock 2, Mass Effect 2, and now Heavy Rain. - johnomaz, on 07/14/2009, -4/+12hate to say it, but PC games have gone down hill. I was a big PC gamer until great titles quit coming out on the PC. Yes, there are some out there still, but I bought my xbox for $500 (black elite version) and guess what, I can play ANY game released for the xbox. For PC, you need to upgrade to keep up with the games far too often. It just got too expensive for me to keep upgrading.

The immensly successful Fallout 3 DLC wont even be available for PS3 until the holidays but are available for Xbox now. Thats just one example. As far as who "owns" this year. I think it is really up in the air. As far as surprises 360 wins with MGS Rising. As far as exclusivity PS3 wins with Mag and Ratchet Clank (one of my favorite game series). I have the luxury of having access to a 360 and a PS3 so ill play all my online stuff on the 360 and MGS4 and Ratchet Clank on the PS3.

(And the Blu-Ray playback and PSP interoperability are very bonus features, even if your focus is primarily on games.) -
