Downloads from the PSN store go about 1.5MB/s tops, but I can get over 4 or 5MB/s with bittorrent. I'm going to go download the Full Auto 2 demo right now and post how long it takes.

Japan and a lot of European nations have had their government invest in infrastructure instead of militarism and it has benefited the corporations and the consumers.
