  • badenglishihave, on 07/07/2009, -0/+5I understand your point about the 3-pixel item, but it seems to me that you fit into the large group of gamers that play a game to beat it rather than to enjoy it.

    Most adventure games require you to just chill and enjoy the art/dialog of the game without being concerned about leveling up, beating a level in a short amount of time or achieving a top score.

There's only one "way" to do anything and if you miss the 3 pixel item you're screwed, or bored out of your mind trying to find out where to click. Used to be easy when you could tab around and select stuff using the keyboard, but I've had my fill. Nice art though.

I "beat" 4 of the levels, and every single time I thought there was some meaningful choice or decision to make, I simply missed the tiny clickable region. It's like an old-school lucasarts game, except there is no dialogue, a very limited inventory, zero choice, tedious and minimal "story", and mediocre art. I'm not saying it has no right to exist on the internet, but it really has no right to be on the front page of Digg.

    I also beat it in about 7 minutes.
