- select, on 10/12/2007, -1/+35Please stop this "addictive game" title cliche.
- aquadoctorbob, on 10/12/2007, -0/+13It's better than "addicting."
- grambones, on 10/12/2007, -0/+9Damn I miss that game. Time to dig out Best of Entertainment.
- spingk, on 10/12/2007, -0/+7Here is a link about Chip's Challenge. Plus theres a link to download the game at the bottom of the page.
http://takegame.com/arcade/htm/chipschallenge.htm - Accutron, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6I'm amazed at the number of "addictive" games posted. Digg'd anyway.
- petereality, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5Reminds me of Marble Madness for the NES, now that was a "addictive game".
- rompom7, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5You're new here aren't you?
- dscx, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5Bummer
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4Ok, lets call it "The Best flash game -- EVER!!"
- themastersb, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4Another flash game that seems to have made the front page only because it contains the word "Addictive" in the title.
- freddo, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4I'm not sure why I'm getting dugg down here. But Enigma is really a great game and should be mentioned in this context. Not only the Silversphere clearly seems inspired from it, but it also have many features and puzzles one can find in Chips'Challenge, although the game play is a little different due to the oxyd origin (you need to make same colors tiles match instead of getting chips).
It has over 900 levels and that _only_ gives you a game play of several days non stop. The puzzles vary from the easiest to some really brain teasing horror. Also, every level is an xml file, it's quite easy to make your owns and you can script various actions in LUA.
I can only recommend a last time that if you liked those two games, you're probably better checking Enigma: http://www.nongnu.org/enigma/ - Copsh, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3yeah i was wondering why EVERY game on digg is supposedly addictive.
- KyleGoetz, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Sure is what it reminds me of. It also makes me happy that other people remember the game.
- puffinkiss, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Walkthrough in comment #118 here http://www.freegamesnews.com/en/?p=1170
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -2/+4This game sucks!
- poseitom, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2i'm stuck @ 13
pswrd: patrol - interiot, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Feature request: It would be nice if users could filter out stories based on keyword. "Addictive" would be the first on my list, as the most overused and meaningless word on Digg.
- abcdefghij, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2level 22 pass: STAMPEDE
- warmonger48, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2OMG OMG!!!!! Its a flash version of the Adventures of Lolo!!!!!!
- Timmmm, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Nice. Bit easy though.
- IanRReardon, on 10/12/2007, -2/+3Game is neither fun nor addictive.
- naisanza, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1that wasn't addicting at all. the albino teddy bears game was more fun than this.
- ConceptJunkie, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1At least we know all the pictures marked "amazing" really are.
- TroyBenedict, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Wow - another "ADDICTIVE!" flash game... who woulda thought?
Somebody needs to show some stats on the number of sizable digg stories on flash games and whether or not the term "addictive" or something similar was used to push it. - fuzzboxer, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1nice puzzle game, but the controls are a little sluggish and the points don't matter because you'll die enough to cancel them out.
- Jeeum, on 10/12/2007, -2/+3Hard game, but I digg it.
- howski, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I didn't even click the link, but I'm digging this for the submitter's use of the word "addictive" (rather than the more typical of digg and COMPLETELY incorrect "addicting").
- mikeyeah, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Sweet! I love putting balls in holes. Dog in the bathtub anyone?
- Shruthi99, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Um. More like Dognapped. Move the boxes into the water, and they act as platforms. [sarcasm]Big ups for creativity![/sarcasm]
- sobe86, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1'Level 15 = CONFUSION (lost interest at this point)'
It doesn't get interesting till level 15... - alphaeno, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1nvm...
- bigern75, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1me to :|
- btattersall, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1except without the range of dynamic set pieces
- richiestang78, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Ok the " Addictive Game" phrase is being over sued, this game is un original and just decent. How many of these type of games have been on dig, cmon peopel be alittle more truthful with the descriptions
- thexder, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1Time to dig out my Atari Lynx.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Adventures of Bolo!
- OutThisLife, on 10/12/2007, -4/+4I wish this game wasn't as slow paced as WoW, I almost fell asleep!
- cardila, on 12/12/2008, -0/+0Video solutions for this addictive game on my blog
http://blog.cardila.com/2007/02/06/silversphere-2/ - Yander, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Reminds me of rescue rover
- NerdcoreFalling, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1Bland and unoriginal. I've played this same game so many times before and with tighter controls to boot. This game every thing feels loose and almost sloppy.
Buried. - oldnikon, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Dugg that. Really addictive, just tried it ;)
- Pasi, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2Quite nice - had to spend some time with it ;-)
- carebearwarrior, on 10/12/2007, -3/+2Very fun game.
I'm stuck on Lvl 13, and now I'm going back to bed. - supatgi, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0pretty boring
- wetoddid, on 10/12/2007, -4/+3The game's controls blow serious chunks. If you don't snail it and advance one lame square at a time you end up in the drink.
'Yeah, that's exactly what I wanted to do: put it in the drink with absolutely no reason to whatsoever.'
Crappy game. Buried. - 60effects, on 10/12/2007, -3/+2Reminded me of Rollgoal on Twilight Princess, so I quickly stopped.
- m0og0o, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1yea not fun
- zxjams, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0err... wouldn't that be redundant?
this game is OK, but nothing new. - tonich03, on 10/12/2007, -5/+3It lags and I fall, it lags and I fall again..Aaghh. Buried.
