How many different pictures might those machines have? Play them enough times you'll remember too. Most of us just aren't dumb enough to play them THAT much.

    I've been crossing my eyes (or "parallelizing" I guess, since they go the opposite way of crossing and things don't get fuzzy) voluntarily since I was a kid and first figured out how to do a Magic Eye.

You just cross your eyes a little and everything is clear except the differences, which will be a bit blurry because they don't match. Since Just is an astronomy Ph.D. student he probably got the idea while using a blink comparator, a device used for comparing two pictures of star fields. Finding asteroids and comets is just like Photo Hunt: the stars don't move, so anything that's different in the two photos taken of a star field at different times must be moving against the background; it might be something you get to name.

But there is no way this guy can say he's the best in the world. I have also never found a machine I couldn't get the high score on. There is a BumperNets in the mall near where I live and I went in about 3 years ago and got the high score, then went back two years later and knocked my first score to second place. but no one else had beaten it in those two years.
