FORWAAARRRRDDD!
*****' *****... - crazyhorse13, on 10/12/2009, -2/+10Meh, ironsights don't line up very well.
- DiggUserX, on 10/11/2009, -3/+11there goes my day ..
- SuicideMouse, on 10/12/2009, -1/+8Don't repair early on and buy the $2000 gun. You'll make enough money to cover the repairs for a lot longer but from there you gotta be good in order to upgrade again, but you've already got a nice ass gun. There's a big difference in the guns.
- inactive, on 10/12/2009, -1/+8buy my mother a few drinks and she will sleep with you
- podium123456, on 10/13/2009, -0/+6EDIT: HOLY CRAP! I didn't realize i wrote this much... i was just keeping some notes through a few rounds, and didn't realize it was this long... but heck, i thought i might as well post it, right? sheesh!! :D Anyone need to hire someone to write up long, coherent articles about seemingly insignificant topics?? Hit me up! LOLOLOL :P (seriously... :D)

Very fun, but has some serious flaws. Easy to get pulled into this at first, but once you get all of the weapons, it becomes pointless... should alter the weapon upgrades or add more or something so it brings people back, because after i got to 25 or so and killed i really didnt see the need to come back and see how much further i could get using the same weapons -- especially with no save spots, or passwords to start on later levels. Also, the weapon graphic in the lower right hand corner (toolbar weapon) often obscures enemies... that should be fixed. I would like to see an x/1000 figure on the repair screen, instead of having to see what the maximum repair value is, and then subtract that from 1000 to know where i stand. All in all the game is fun as it is, but i think it would only take a little tweaking to make it truly outstanding -- mostly tweaks making it more appealing to those that would like to continue past the mid-20's.

Heres a little walkthrough for those having trouble buying the rocket launcher:
First a few tips:
First of all, NEVER mash the button down and just spray bullets. On every weapon, you will see the xhairs start out in a tight X. The longer you hold down the fire button, the further they spread out and the less accurate your bullets will be. So ALWAYS use short bursts, that way your bullets will hit the targets faster in the long run.
Prioritize your targets... take out the two man mortar teams before you take out the single shooters... and take out the jeeps before the mortar teams
I find scopes to be worthless, except maybe on the rocket launcher... so don't bother with them (and dont bother with the iron sights either).
With my method, you dont use scope, but you will need to switch weapons quickly once you get the rocket. It can get tricky for a bit using the D and F key. The rocket will either be to the right or left of your primary weapon, so i just say "rocket left" or "rocket right" at the beginning of the round, to help me not fumble the switch during the fight.
. . .
Now the levels:
1-2: Take your time on the first 2 levels and go for headshots using the default weapon. just hold near the head and tap the fire button to get bursts... firing almost one bullet at a time... its ok if they start firing on the building, because what little damage they do will be negated by the headshots. You should average about 10 headshots per round (can see this on stats page of repair screen). Dont do any repairs at this point, unless you are really damaged... in a test run i got 9 HS on level 1, 14 HS lvl 2... no repairs and was at about 850/1000.
3: On round 3, same strategy, but there will be a 2man mortar team... fire on them as soon as you see them using long bursts. After that, take out the solo troops -- 'trying' for headshots, but moving quicker than on previous levels. I had 14 HS on 3. At end of round 3 purchase the $2k gun and spend the remainder on repairs. I had performed no repairs at this point, and had enough money to buy the $2k gun and repair to 800/1000, leaving a balance of $300.
4-5: Now, just use the burst method to dispense of the enemies. Two man mortar teams and jeeps should only need about two 1 second bursts to destroy them. For solo troops, just tap the mouse button as you move to each individual enemy... dont worry about head shots now... just eliminate them. Dont fully repair... just spend enough to keep you at around an 800/1000 starting value and you should be fine at this point. You should be able to get through the next few rounds taking virtually no damage.
6-8: A jeep shows up at level 6, but u can take them down just as easy as the mortar team with 2 bursts. Continue doing this -- large targets first, then center mass taps on solo troops. If you have 2 or more large targets stopped in the same spot, you can hold your fire button down for the full clip, as the spreading bullet pattern will hit both targets.
9-10: At around level 9 or 10, you should have enough to purchase the rocket launcher. Do so, and spend the remainder of your money on repairs. In my test run, i had $5600 at the end of level 9, which was enough to buy the rocket and bring me to 1000/1000 ( i was at about 500/1000 after fighting level 9)
ROCKET TIME: Ok, now you have your rocket. It is only to be used on tanks/choppers, and when there are 2 or more jeeps stacked up. If you have taken out all priority targets, you can fire it at a group of solo troops, but once is about all you should need at that point... due to the long reload time, you can clean up the rest with your G36C faster than waiting for more rockets.
The rocket has a very slow reload time, so choose your targets carefully and make it count. If you see two tanks and one heli coming in, hit the tanks so you can take out both of them at once, then immediately switch back to your primary and start firing on the heli. The rocket seems to be very accurate on ground vehicles, but occasionally it appears to miss the heli, or do little damage to it... so keep that in mind... you may want to pick 3 or 4 jeeps stacked up for your rocket shot instead of the heli.
10-15: Ok, levels 10 and 11 should be pretty easy. After 11, you will want to be bringing your repairs close to 100%. Once you have enough money to buy the $4200 SAW, AS WELL AS repair to 100%, do it. For me, this was at the end of level 14. The SAW still requires bursts on mortar teams (due to their small size and how quickly the bullet pattern spreads with this gun), but you are pretty safe spraying jeeps and definitely spray tanks/helis. It is ridiculous on solo troops. You literally just have to barely tap the fire button and you can click off each troop on the screen in a jiff.
16+: At this point, you have all you can buy with the game in terms of firepower... the SAW and the Rocket launcher. At the end of each level ALWAYS repair to 100%. Money will start to stack up... you can buy the scope for the rocket launcher (heck there's nothing else to spend it on), if you want. I haven't tested it a lot, but it seems like it may help on hitting helis.
Things will get tricky, but just continue the same tactics as discussed previously while switching to your rocket for large targets. If it is charged, fire it as soon as you see a tank enter the screen, then you will have to prioritize based on when it will be available again. Tanks generally overlap due to their length... so if you see two coming in staggered, hold off with the rocket until they have stopped so you can fire on the overlapped position and take out both of them. Always go for two tanks in motion and not firing, over one tank that is already in place and firing. In later levels, you will have four or five tanks on the screen along with jeep/mortar/solos... never fire your rocket and then sit there and wait for it to be ready again to hit another tank. Fire your rocket, switch to SAW and hit jeep/mortar... then switch back to rocket and go for the tanks.
....and that's pretty much it for the rest of the game, congrats!
Now you just see how far you can get. Make sure you keep a mental note at the end of each round what level you are on (found on the stats page), because if the game ends during a fight, there is no way to see what level you were on or how much money you had. I've made it to around level 25, but i've seen others report higher... it just gets too repetitive with no more purchasable items for me to try and get further. Still, it's a fun little game.

Hope this helps! :) - Gaffigan, on 10/12/2009, -1/+6Awesome game, but I'm stuck with the P90. Stupid repairs.
- Hollow5, on 10/13/2009, -0/+5wtf man, i mean seriously, wtf?
- leonidas333, on 10/12/2009, -1/+5Addictive game but some postive critism.
A: When you die there is no feedback. Dont know your high score and its noted rated against others. I got $13,000 in the bank before my last level but dont know what I ended up with or what level I was on.
B: The game gets insufrable slow when there alot of soldiers on the screen. God help you if you accidently click on a banner ad. your building is toast. - firebhaal, on 10/12/2009, -1/+4just in time to compete with modern warfare 2
- Dabek, on 10/12/2009, -1/+4Seriously, not one person would think to turn and pop the guy and then just take the building over undisputed? Game logic never makes sense to me.
- PanicAK, on 10/12/2009, -1/+4We don't get enough games on the front page, don't complain.
- dty2010, on 10/12/2009, -2/+4It's a decent game and all but... front page? Really?
- s4g4n, on 10/12/2009, -1/+3I guess I will never know what its like to use the RPG. Oh well.
- Gaffigan, on 10/12/2009, -1/+3Sleight of Hand
- Frisbinator, on 10/17/2009, -0/+2I got to level 35 or so, expecting the game to be finished soon. That is at least 80 minutes worth of shooting the same 5 different enemy types, with nothing to show for it. This game should end a lot sooner, rank you after your finished with it, and at least give you some type of indication where it will end. It also suffers from slowdown, which actually helps a heck of a lot.
- CapeKid, on 10/12/2009, -0/+2It blows up anything in one shot, but takes forever to reload, making it useless.
- SuicideMouse, on 10/12/2009, -1/+3From the very first levels don't use your scope, head shot every enemy for bonus $ without missing as much as possible using short bursts for accuracy $.
Don't bother repairing on the first few levels.
As soon as you can, buy the $2000 machine gun and use the leftovers for repairs.
Survive the next round and soon you'll be covering your repairs fine.
Use the space bar to scope only on the mortar/car/tank/helicopter enemies and head shot the rest without scope. Then you buy the $4200 machine gun and continue as before and at some point you can get the RPG but it really is only a supplement to your other gun as it fires once every 5 seconds or something. - sndream, on 10/12/2009, -0/+1Should you get the scope for the $2000 MG or should you wait?
Also,I should kill motor before tank & helicopter, right? - TomTruelle, on 10/21/2009, -0/+1lay off the cocaine
- Dragonspawn, on 10/25/2009, -0/+1I know, I can't even play Pac-Man it's ridiculous if the ghosts had any sense they'd all come for you at once, and don't get me started on Frogger.
If there's one thing I can't stand its flash games that aren't 100% accurate and make perfect logical sense. - SuicideMouse, on 10/12/2009, -1/+2I've found that shooting the tanks in the tracks kills them a lot faster, are there any other tricks people have found?
- sndream, on 10/12/2009, -0/+1Should you get the scope for the $2000 MG?
- onlinegames, on 10/15/2009, -0/+1wow, great walkthrough!! :)
- n8makar, on 10/12/2009, -0/+1rocket launcher isnt even close to worth it. i was disappoint
- ZeMoose, on 10/25/2009, -0/+1Ad banner?
- TheBlackDart, on 10/12/2009, -1/+1Repairs cost way too much causing the player to only barely make it through each round and never upgrade the gun past the $1400 or $2000 gun.
- duk0r, on 10/12/2009, -1/+1Was about to have enough money to get the SAW. The last round I had one health left on my building and one guy left to kill. He took me out. FML.
- BrianD2, on 10/12/2009, -2/+2No *****? Learned something new today.
- Gaffigan, on 10/12/2009, -2/+2I had no idea til COD4, really.
- surfnturfdfl, on 10/12/2009, -0/+0I actually got to lvl 42 before it was boring, he is right buy the machine gun and shoot carefully....headshots do add up and in no time you will have loads of money to get everything you would need.....RPG actually gets the helo down quite a bit but shots to the canopy gets it down faster.....
- DiggMyDong, on 10/12/2009, -2/+1BOOM HEADSHOT!
- BrianD2, on 10/12/2009, -3/+1Slight of hand.
