They were averaging about 450 damage per hit and were peaking around 900 for critical damage (which they were doing about 1 in 3).

- defy, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1I thought they would get replaced eventually, but they never really were. The only comparable units are the Crusaders, which has more hitpoints and a mount, but not nearly the same amount of dodge/crit. Black Samurai are awesome :)

- master2828, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1I disagree at the end mine are doing 900+ a hit, I don't know how much hp the samurai's have but the "Great Hero" has 100 with 100% chance to hit.
I find the ranged attackers hang too far back and end up wasting alot of their shots. These mounted warriors are super fast and run to the other side of the map almost instantly and overwhelm the opponent.
Although in fairness 1st line Great Hero, 2nd line Black Samurai would be a good combo. - sponge0bob, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1It was kinda cool, but you dont get anything for beating it. it was over for me once I got the oil throwers from alexandria (they do up to 400 damage per throw). they pretty much raped everything.

1. I don't like running, jumping, and basically anything that requires hand-eye coordination.
2. The art work for the maps and towns is really beautiful.
It has two technical problems, however:
1. Occasionally during a battle, an enemy will freeze. He just stands there - he is dead because he is still there end-of-battle.
2. The Large Potion slot did not work for me - I bought 40 of them and could never use them.
